John got me a great rate, better than what I thought was possible at the time I was searching for a mortgage. His responses to my questions were pretty much immediate and made the process alot smoother than what I expected (after dealing with banks in the past). John can also recommend any contractors if you are thinking about including home improvements into your new mortgage. I will be using John and his staff again when it's time to renew my mortgage.
