Good office furniture at good prices. We at Comfort Keepers of Kitchener and Waterloo are immensely enjoying our task chairs and sofas. And Doug, the owner, is a stand-up guy. I highly recommend this place! Support local business!

Doug did a huge job for me..emptied 5000 square foot of office with 44 desks, chairs, partitions and filing cabinets. He co-ordinated with the metal recycling, the restore and took stuff to the dump that couldn't be repurposed. He was on time and also flexible where he had to work later into the evening. I would highly recommend his service and I do recommend. His price was similar to another service but he was taking everything not picking and choosing the good stuff. He saved me time and money and gave me a great deal of worry free time to handle my move.

I Tried to buy a cubicle for a home office from here. Doug the owner said he had some but he had to go look and would call me back. I gave a call back a week later to hear he didn't have any but he would in another week. I called and left 2 messages no answer no call back, emailed no answer, a message through the website no answer. To this day I still have no response so I took my business else where. This place is a waste of time and they don't update their website.

This is a crooked business. We dropped furniture off for consignment and took me months to track him down for follow up. After finally getting him on the phone it appeared he didn't keep any record of our items. After describing the items he did say he remembered them and they sold and he would drop a cheque by our office that week. That never happened and I haven't been able to track him down since. I'm not connected to the other reviewer on here, but interesting to hear he had the same experience.

Great service! Unfortunately didn’t find a chair that fit me but Doug was really helpful and didn’t pressure me to buy any of the chairs I tried. He also offered to notify me if any other chairs come in that might work.

As others have mentioned, Doug the owner of KW Office is a thief and liar. Doug took us for almost $5000.00. He supplied a deposit and promised the balance would be forthcoming once the furniture was delivered.Doug has avoided us for some time and has made every excuse in the book not to pay. At this point, all forms of communication have gone unanswered.I would caution anyone in the industry to avoid Doug at all costs or at minimum, get full payment up front. Lesson learned on our part.

I purchased a Steelcase v1 chair for $250, which is an excellent price for its value! Doug delivered the chair for no added fee the next day (a Saturday) and I love it so far. Great warranty, customer service, and selection of furniture. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem in the Waterloo Region! High end used office furniture and unbelievable prices. Got a used Herman Miller chair and table for a fraction of their full retail prices. I am going to furnish the rest of my office as well!
