We felt sincerely cared about from our first appointment at Foster's. Teresa was informative but never pushy about services offered. Be careful in reviewing your service folder or anything in print (web obit etc) as a number of errors were made that needed to be corrected. The facility is warm and comforting.

We would strongly recommend Foster's Garden Chapel. Their services were very professional, kind and compassionate during a very challenging time. We cannot say enough good things about Ray, our director, he was a bright point during some very hard times for our family. He stepped up when things didn't go as planned, remaining calm and cool throughout. We can look back at the experience from the initial contact, the communication, the planning and funeral in a positive light in spite of the hard circumstances surrounding them. We are grateful for that, and would use the services of Fosters again when needed.

Richard, the funeral, Director guided us through every step of planning a dignified service, never trying to add additional components beyond the budget. He had a number of helpful ideas than enhanced and personalized the experience for the family and friends of a war veteran.

The patience and empathy afforded to me during this ordeal was exceptional. The staff always replied immediately to any questions I had for them and never pressured me during the process. The amount of help and guidance provided during an ordeal like this was amazing and helped relieve a lot of stress and responsibilities from my shoulders. I cannot express the gratitude I have for the staff at this establishment. Losing a loved one is never easy... the staff here help you get the affairs in order during these trying times and this helps you spend time with your loved ones while trying to process the tragic events that have just transpired.
