Little River Survey Co

I called Little River Survey to give a proposal for the survey work needed to get a LOMA and get a building out of a flood way. Little River never sent a proposal. However they did send a bill for almost $900 for work they never were hired to do and, more to the point, never did. I have spoken to other people who have hired them and heard they had similar experiences. The firm that did the actual work was half price and didn't have offices in Stowe. Stay away - their lack of office adminstration is painful

We've worked with Little River several times to create site plans and surveys. They have always done great work with a quick turnaround, at a reasonable price.
