I love RW&Co. It's becoming a favorite store of mine. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and accessible. I came in today for an item an hold- was trying for an exchange from an online order, and the whole process was very smooth and convenient. Thank you!

Went to this RW to get suits for Grad. Cameron was simply awesome! Super kind, patient, informative, nice, helpful, he gave great style and sizing advice AND he even helped me order items online to ensure I got the exact items and sizes we needed that were out of stock at the store. Got everything we needed, great quality suits, great customer service and it was all on sale too!

Had good help when buying and then the worst experience I've ever had at a store when trying to return some items.I had purchased a suit for an event I was going to but then found another from a different store that worked better for the event. The suit purchased from RW was then no longer needed, hence the return.The suit purchased from RW was in its original bag since purchase until the point of trying to return. As the lady handling the return was going through the items I brought back she noticed a tag on one item (suit jacket) was not on the cuff and in the pocket. She then accused me of wearing the suit and removing the tag with a smile on her face. I explained that I had not worn the suit and it literally has been in the protective bag since purchase. I told her this is how it must have been sold to me and she just said no and again accused me of pulling this one tag off. Had I of tampered with or worn this item I would never dream of trying to return it but as a customer who literally purchased, brought home and never touched the item to be then accused of wearing and/or tampering with it infront of other customers and then to be laughed at when I was visibly shaking from the situation this staff should be ashamed of themselves.Don't recommend this location or staff.Currently have a file open with customer service as well as my card provider.

I suppose the guy who greeted me was new, but he had zero product knowledge when I asked him what the difference was between slim fit, tailor fit, and regular fit dress shirts. The small slim fit I purchased at another store was slightly to small. He suggested I try on the med slim fit, it fitted better and I felt more comfortable, but it seemed like I was swimming in it. Luckily, the female cashier saved me before I completed the exchange, and suggested I try on the small tailor fit. It was perfect. Thank you for saving me from disappointment. Furthermore, she asked if I had BCAA membership, which I did, and saved me another 10%. I had no idea about these member savings.

I had the best shopping experience today. The ladies working were all extremely helpful and I felt comfortable asking them for advice on colors and how to style work clothing. They helped me pick items but I never felt pressured to buy. The store is always clean and organized, and for any items I liked but they didn't have my size they were able to order them for me at the same time when I checked out.

The indian manager/supervisor (didn’t look like one) was so rude when I wanted to return one item I bought online. She was talking sarcastically and had zero professionalism. She was talking in a way that she is the smartest and everyone else is fool!! Ughhh

I had the most wonderful customer service here the other week. Thank you. The selection is great and the clothes fit so well. I was helped all the way through my shopping experience with great advice and remarkable talent. I’ll be back.

I had such a great experience here! The manager was very helpful because I had a lot of questions. I usually have low expectations for clothing stores, but this was super customer service. I will definitely be back!

The sales reps are great. Can’t say much about the manager. Rude and disrespectful. Won’t be returning to this location.

I was in a rush and had to make a quick purchase. The sales associate was super efficient and helpful! I appreciate the fast, yet kind service!! :)
