Very sturdy and well manufactured fall-protection guardrails and commercial access stairs. They installed the stairs in less than a week. We chose Echelle Canada to keep our employees safe. Highly recommended!

George was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The staircases are great quality and made in Italy. Therefore lead times can be longer. They provide installation as well for a fee. I couldn’t buy it from there because the stairs I wanted would not come in time, but I would highly recommend this store.

Buyer Beware! If you are expecting installation services or delivery of product you will be left on your own. Overall an extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service.
