...other than long waits etc., I find the folks at CRA very pleasant, very respectful, and to me, sincerely want to help me! I commend them for this.

They called me back within 3 mins of my placing a request for a call. The representative that answered was very polite and helpful throughout the entire 30min long call.I will leave this as a 4 star for now as I do not know if I was just lucky that day. I called on a Monday around 1PM.

Yo! Dont go here, you're not allowed in. Apparently it's been like this for 3 years now but I never heard of such a thing. Everything MUST be done online/on the phone. Madness. A very nice employee helped me out when I asked tho so that was nice
