Good school their trying their best to help kids get through and graduate who can't graduate in the mainstream schools. Some people arnt really nice but when you get to know people you'll have a good time. 10/10 staff brandi is 10/10 the best youthcare worker

absolutely horrible experience. few teachers are absolutely amazing but the rest of the staff are entirely unbearable. principal is a nightmare. so is the VP. the two years i attended i dealt with horrible peers. classmates and drama. don’t send your kid here if you want them to succeed in life. it will drag them down. and keep them where they are. this is not a school the prompts growth in kids. it aids them in going down the wrong path entirely.

very toxic staffing and students. staff make it clear they favourite certain students and the way they treat you is heavily influenced by that. i think a reason the staff behave this way is because the students make it impossible for them to enjoy their job here at vanguard. however i have seen students get mistreated by staff, so it goes both ways. don't send your child here if you want them to succeed in life. full of crazy people.

I got sa’d here. the principal, who is white, said the n word and other slurs multiple times in one day trying to tell students to not say those words, he never apologized for this. the principal has said he likes to play good cop bad cop to my mom. I got sent home for bending my wrist and letting go of a snowball after the principal said “the next person that throws a snowball gets sent home”, but I genuinely didn’t hear him. another student told me I lied about being sa’d, I rightfully defended myself and got in told to stop talking about it. all they do is try to silence you. I’ve been told something along the lines of I’m “ruining the schools reputation” by the principal. only 10/10 staff is Angie.
