Made tenants pay money claiming that something broke of the tenants fault and not of normal wear and tear so that they didn't have to spend the money required. When asked about what happened they were extremely unhelpful. Don't rent here. Bad landlords

best housing management I’ve ever lived in in my 6 years at waterloo. maintenance requests are attended to immediately no matter how small or big. they maintain great communication with their residents when it comes to maintenance, apartment entry & even reminders to always carry keys with you & close windows during inclement weather. I’m beyond impressed. would always recommend!

Great service, with maintenance done timely. No issues with transition from Domus to Rentmyspace. Portal is also very convenient.

Probably one of the worst companies to rent or lease from especially on lester. So overpriced and if you ever need assistance be prepared to empty your pockets because otherwise they wont help you. Parking is overpriced(310) per semester and even housing is overpriced. Only lease with these ppl if you have no other option.

Horrible experience with maintenance guy. The maintenance guy's conversation regarding a mattress issue is full of inappropriate comments, such as I have a long waiting list

Bad wifi, multiple items broken in the apartment. Horrible management, rude, uncooperative. Verbally told me I can have my dog here, but buried in the lease that I can't, and is now trying to evict me. Do not sign with them.

My son lived here for 3 yrs and had a great experience with the owners and staff. Everything was handled with ease and thought towards a student mindset. They were fair and respectful. I was very impressed. I would highlyreccommend this space.
