I just went to the New Circadian exhibition it was really cool! It is an interactive exhibition that definitely makes you relax and unwind. A+

A spectacular building, owned and run by the right department and institution.

Great building well done and includes old and new

Rude receptionists. I went to the building today for the first time to drop off some mail since it was delivered to the wrong address. I arrived at the reception room at 9:54 am and tried opening the door, but it was locked. There were three workers in there who saw me through the glass window and gave me a dirty look and continued talking and laughing. I continued to stand there for a few minutes hoping they would open the door, but apparently ignoring me was the right thing to do from their perspective. Then I knocked on the window and they continued to ignore me and so I knocked again in which one of them finally decided to open the door. I’m just a little confused why the reception is not open at 9:54 am when there is a sign posted on the door stating the operating hours on Wednesdays are from 9:30 am. Anyhow, I just thought it was a little ironic how the front desk reception team was like a high school girl clique. The reception team should try to improve and create a less hostile environment and prioritize their duty to actually try to assist people who visit the building.

Nice building design fusing old and the new.

That’s the beautiful castle building located in the middle of Spadina crescent. The department of Architecture, UofT runs this building and both of them compliments each other, I think. The interior of this building is interesting and worth visiting, however, I found the directions to the rooms and floors but messy.

The Daniels Building is stunning, and a must visit for anyone who admires architecture and design. The building is beautiful from the outside as well as the inside (even the lockers were thoughtfully designed.) Make sure to visit the Architecture and Design Gallery in the lower level. I experienced the opening exhibit at the gallery, New Circadia (adventures in mental spelunking), which was transformed into a cave-like space.

Great piece of blended architecture, past and present. The new gallery space is great. Shows on all the time, open to the public and well worth the visit.

My favourite place to study on campus! This place has a very cozy and artsy vibe. It's lovely to see the design students working hard on their aesthetic projects. There's a cafe in the building that makes the study area smell relaxing. Everything is clean and sanitized. The janitors here are friendly.

Beautiful building. Very cool fabrication lab and the studios are awesome. Plenty of landscape experiments outside. Lots of nice exhibits to visit. Located in a very unique spot on Spadina
