This store was closed when I arrived at 7:54pm. Door was locked and no staff was inside. Totally don’t understand why they still put a sign saying they close at 8pm. A complete waste of time!

Nick the Owner, Stephanie & Dave are so very friendly and are always there to answer all our questions. They are always willing to give their complete attention regarding anything you need to acquire about. We have been going to Global Pet for 10 years now and would not go anywhere else. I usually visit the Ellesmere location, however I was in the area and needed wet food for my pup. Just as good as the other store, no complaints whatsoever. Pet food is great quality, always read labels though and make sure you're giving your animals natural food with no preservatives.

The entire team at this store is FANTASTIC!My husband and I are new puppy owners. Long story short, we purchased lots of puppy food based on the breeders recommendations. Sadly, 1 week prior to getting our puppy, the breeder decided to keep the pup and offered us another and sadly, we declined (shady shady) and so we were stuck with a LOT of puppy food as we stocked-up due to covid. 2 weeks later, we got another pup from another breeder (thank our lucky star) and she recommended a completely different brand. The store took back all the bags we had originally purchased, no questions, no hesitation, they were fantastic. We got the new food from a different brand and are so incredibly happy! The team is fantastic. Thank you!

This location is amazing. The staff and owner go above and beyond to make every visit memorable. The product knowledge is superb as well as the selection of goods and food for pets. Drive a bit longer if you have to, this place is worth it.

Nick the owner was always a great help & polite! Found out a couple weeks ago when I was in there last he sold back the store.He was very knowledgeable and helpful ever since we got our pup...13 years ago!He’s passed on his knowledge to the current staff, still a great store run with welcoming staff.Make sure to keep track of your bags of food to see when you are eligible for a free bag.

People of Color stay away. I had to stop coming to this location because every time I did come for Bird food (at the rear of the store). The man behind the counter would have some one follow me. The last time it happened he signaled to a young Woman to follow Me, I noticed her looking at me around the corner of the last row of product. The look she had on her face was like she was looking at the worst possible human being the the planet. He must have told he to watch the thief" I came to this location every other month for Bird food. I'm am not a criminal or a monster because of the color of my skin. Have not done anything ever to make some one treat me this way. I'm always polite when I shop and would be the last person to steal from any body. I buy my bird seed at Pet Smart now

Worst customer experience ever. My wife bought the wrong food for our cat, brought it 2 steps to our car and realized she had gotten the wrong item. They refused to exchange because of covid-19. How the hell you forcibly sell an item which is wrong and literally never left the front door.
