Recently bought all new appliances, 3 beds and a couch. When having the appliances delivered we called and explained that the fridge doors would have to be taken off to be brought in. While at work a family member was home to be there for them. When they arrived the refused to bring the fridge in and needed a signed waiver ( which they would not let the family member sign). Now remember we already told them that it would be a harder job to do! Would you not tell the customer about the waiver at that time???Now they left the fridge on its side in a trailer we have. I decided to call and the response was no signed waiver no delivery in the house, so I said I would come in sign the waiver the response back was that’s not our policy, I asked to speak to a manager the response was that’s not our policy I asked for my money back and for them to come and get it the response was that’s not our policy. Well there policy’s have cost them business and I will make sure I tell everyone I know how they treat the customers who just spent thousands off dollars in there store are treated!!!! So even thou they were clearly informed you don’t get the option to sign any waiver until the delivery guy is on site and decides it too hard!!!

We moved to the island and needed new furniture. Gordon was our sales guy , and he is very pleasant and helpful. Went beyond the call of duty . Upon delivery a few small hardware pieces were missed but with a phone call , the hardware was located and the issue was dealt with in a quick and professional manner . Thank you for helping us furnish our new home ! If you are in the market for furniture, go see Gordon ! The delivery guys were quick and professional as well!

Ordered fridge and stove from them last week because they have it in store. They said i have to move my old ones out of the way so they can easily install the new ones. We're expecting it to be delivered today but they cancelled it with little to no time notice. I had my old ones moved to the basement(under renovation, no outlet available specially for stove) with the help of my parents(from moncton who helped us moved) also Told them I needed it today as we dont have anything to use.As a newly moved to the island, we dont have friends and relatives here. My parents went back to Moncton. There is no way i could lift my old ones back upstairs. I only have my wife and 2yo kid. I'm on strick diet and can't just buy foods out also i dont mind waiting for another day but they want us to wait next week or pick it up to their place which nor an option because its just me, my wife, and my baby.I explained my situation to their manager and they dont care at all. This place doesnt really care about their customer and no back up plans for this kind of situation, a million dollar company with only 1 truck available. they are only after customer's money. Avoid this place. Never going back to this place again.

Absolutely terrible cx service. Our fridge has been out of service for over 4 months- and yes it's still covered by warranty. Charlottetown won't do anything about as they say it's the warranty company that looks after it. Even with the extended warranty nothing is being done.Appliance manager asked me What do you want me to do about it

Megan is great at her job. We walked in and she was right there to answer all our questions and walked us around showing us everything in that we were looking for in a new couch. After about an hour or so we ended up buying one and it was delivered in one week. Awesome bunch and we will be back. Thank you Megan.

It’s a big and massive store with most of them friendly and helpful sale person Ryan was so helpful. Unfortunately two of the dining table chair delivered as damaged but they took all 6 of them returned the full amount.and the king bed we ordered didn’t turn up on time. Sectional we requested and paid for wooden leg instead of steel it came with steel leg and it’s there we started adjusting with that.

Leon’s Service Manager Jen has cost them thousands of dollars worth of business. She is rude, condescending and has no desire to help the customer. I have never been treated so badly in all of my life. Worst customer service I have ever received to the point I had to create a google account just to post this! Never again will I dawn the doors, in fact, I’ll pay more at The Brick just out of spite! Never recommended.

Just warning anybody in PEI!My partner and I purchased a full set of appliances from Leon’s Charlottetown. We had some damage to our house when the delivery guys dropped the fridge and were not careful upon delivery. When we called later on for a different appliance being damaged we thought we would mention the delivery to prevent it from happening to another customer. We spoke with Jen the store manager over the phone. The main focus of my post being how incredibly rude and unprofessional Jen was when speaking with us. My partner remained calm and respectful, she kept rudely interrupting and cut the conversation off interrupting us once again when we tried to bring up the damage that was done to our house during delivery. She did not want to hear our complaint and was incredibly rude.We know of other family members that had a similar experience with her. I just want to write this post and prevent other paying customers from having to deal with the store and rude management. It is not like us to write posts like these but we believe a fair warning to anybody wanting to shop at this particular Leon’s Charlottetown is needed.

Bought a bed. Delivery was on its scheduled time. quality is the best. Alooot of choices in the store. The sales person Gordon was very kind and polite, and he helped me in finding the stuff I was looking for.
