Under new management and you can definitely tell the difference! Front staff is always welcoming and friendly with everyone and doctors are thorough and efficient. The walk-in wait times are quick and the care received will not disappoint. Highly recommend. :)

These reviews aren't kidding! I'm blown away at how kind, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant the entire staff is. They make you feel seen and welcomed from the start. So grateful to have been taken care of and will most definitely be back again. Special thank you to the receptionist Jenn and Dr. Judy for accommodating me.

This medical clinic is second to none. From the moment you enter till you leave you are treated like royalty. They make sure you have all your issues addressed and don’t rush you out the door like the typical Ontario clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic to all, I will definitely be returning.

This clinic was exceptional! I came in and had a lovely conversation with the receptionist and had 0 wait time….was brought straight to a room. Dr. Judy was informative and helpful! I was dealing with a bad infection that had worsened. Dr. Judy got me the medication i needed, and even talked about preventative measures to minimize my chance of getting infections! I will absolutely be coming back….will not be going to any other clinic again

Jenn's positive attitude and willingness to assist were truly commendable.Although I can not recall the name of the doctor I saw, I was thoroughly impressed by his expertise and patience. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, ensuring he had a comprehensive understanding of my medical history. The doctor's knowledge and experience were evident as he asked insightful questions and provided clear explanations regarding my condition and treatment options. I felt reassured and confident in their care.One aspect that pleasantly surprised me was the minimal waiting time. The clinic seemed to have an effective system in place, ensuring prompt service without compromising the quality of care. I appreciated not having to endure long waits, especially when I was seeking medical attention and hate going to the doctors, as many do.Overall, my experience at this walk-in clinic exceeded my expectations. Not too often I can say I look forward to going to a medical appointment. The ladies that work here are so friendly and fun. They're very kind and professional. I was sent here for a urine test for my job. Quick in and out. Zero complaints! Nice to see them under new management and being run how it should. For the truckers: This place works directly with Driver Check for pre-employment drug tests as well as the RTD testing plan. Thanks again Ladies!

Very friendly and kind people in the front desk who greets me and get all the information. You never disappoint with the Doctor. He take his time, no rush you won't feel you are in walk-in. You will feel like you are with your family Doctor. Amazing service. I will definitely recommend them.

Super rude and unprofessional.How does one stay in business treating potential customers the way this receptionist treated me.I received a call on. May 15, 2023 at approximately 1:15 pm to book an allergy test. As I proceeded to tell her that I already booked and had it done on Friday (without warning she slammed the phone down in my ear). At first I thought humm the phone must of slipped out of her hand and fell as it was so loud but I waited a couple mins and didn't get a call back.I called back to ask why would someone ever think it was appropriate slam the phone down on me like that" but another lady said she had just sat down at her desk and it wasn't her. I explained what happened and she apologized on the other person's behalf.My girl was lucky I'm at work. She definitely shouldn't be working in a medical facility if that is the way she's treating clients. Very Disgusting
