Love this location! Staff is knowledgeable and upfront with information and inquiries, its clean, quiet and relaxing. I get lash extensions and spray tans and because of this business I'm hooked.

Never again after the experience I had yesterday. I made an appointment for tanning ( I have a small baby and I didn't have time to wait) and as soon as I got to fabutan I noticed there are 3 people waiting but I wasn't too worried since I had an appointment. But than the guy tells me I have to wait 15 minutes, I wasn't really happy with that but I didn't say anything... while waiting another lady comes, and the guy that works there was really friendly with her ( probably a regular client or a friend), and she didn't had an appointment or anything since I heard the whole conversation...After I waited 15 minutes, the 3 people that were there all went before me, and then the lady that came after me gets to go before me... I was so upset, I asked the guy how long do I still have to wait, and I told him that the reason I made an appointment was so I don't have to wait. His response was well

First time tanning at fabutan and ended up getting a new employee Kyle to guide me through the process.All I can say is amazing job by him and felt like he knew his business like a seasoned pro.Needless to say I signed up and pleasantly looking forward to future visits going forward

I just got my first ever set of lashes done by Sandra. She made the experience so wonderful and relaxing . If you are thinking of getting your lashes done go see her ! She did such a beautiful job :)Thank you Sandra see you for my fill!

I tried the red light treatment for 4 weeks and I must say I was blown away! I suffer from rosecia and adult acne all over my body. I thought I'd give it a try and see if the red light would help and I loved it. Not only was it helping my rosecia but it litterally CLEARED UP MY BODY ACNE I'm going back for another 4 weeks and I think at the current rate of healing that will help finish off my facial acne too.The treatments themselves are quite relaxing. I found it quite meditative to lay there for 20 min jamming out to the radio and planning my goals ahead for the day. I always left feeling relaxed and ready to conquer my day.The staff and owner are all wonderful humans that make you feel welcome and comfortable.I was skeptical if it would work or not but now I can't say enough good things about it! Go try it!!!

I frequented 3 locations in the Kitchener area.The first one was amazing as well as the owner Tina.When the location closed I visited another one in the city.Don’t get me wrong it was clean and Customer service was great.I always had the gold pass , so that is what I asked for.Gave my banking info to set up.Then I hear that I don’t have a membership due to nsf.I check my bank , nothing has gone through as per a Fabutan charge. Ever.The Manage them tells me it’s there error and the account was never activated and is sitting there in that nsf state and she promised to remove it and correct that error.Then COVID hit. When things opened up went back. NSF remained and again I was promised it was an easy fix. I again bought minutes trusting it would be looked after.Well guess what? 2 years later I go back for tanning. Still there. So now I am visiting another location and she tells me it is still on my account.So I call the location that made the error.She tells me the new location has talked to head office and is now looking after it.I call the new location speak with her and let her know , apologizing to her for letting this land with her that it was never her issue in the first place.I make an appointment for a day later and hang up.I get a call back a few minutes later informing me I am now banned from locations as I was harassing ?? The employees.The head office gave a script to the employee to read to me over the phone as she stumbled nervously through the script.That’s what you call a leader. Letting employees do the dirty work.In the end the Customer (me)was banned from a location for an error that they made which I was told for 2 years that it was an easy fix.I wasnt angry when I spoke. I was just asking to clear my name.Way to go Fabutan. Great Customer Service.Thank goodness the first 15 years was with an amazing owner that new the business.Thanks Tina , you are the example of someone that knows business and customer service.The others could learn from you.

I did my lashes in January and i highly recommend them!! They lasted me almost 4 weeks! Gillian did a fantastic job, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. She is fantastic at what she does and would most definitely get them done again!

I absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the studio is GORGEOUS and the service is always top notch. I've met the owner a few times and she is amazing, always has a smile on her face and you can tell she truly cares about her staff and her clients. I can't recommend this studio enough!

This studio has gone through major upgrades AND a brand new location after the previous landlords decided a new Shoppers was more important than the long-time small businesses that put their hearts into their locations. Having all that happen immediately before a major pandemic and STILL have the same smiling, helpful staff speaks volumes to how this business is run. The value is there, the studio is pristine, you will always get the best advice. This is my happy place.

Customer Service Nil: came for a spray tan , was told one price over the phone.. came in was told the same price “discounted since it was the end of the month” owner tried running it through the register …. turns out they made an error in pricing and didn’t honour it. Wasted 30 minutes of my time while the owner was trying to “figure it out”
