Went in to buy and iPad. Was asked what I was looking for and all that was said was “ok”. My Grandma and I were the only people in the store. Found where they were on my own since no one said where they were. Spent time looking at them and the pencil to get as well. No help. Was completely ignored by BOTH employees. Needless to say they lost a sale.Good thing the Source is in town and are helpful. And honestly after yesterday any Telus help that needed we will be going to Cranbrook. Don’t bother going to Letric Ave.

Used to be a great place; not sure if ownership has changed, but staff definitely has and service is a thing of the past. Non-response to email and phone messages when I tried to get additional support for a product I purchased there, and rudeness beyond belief when my husband was looking for help. Won't be going back. I'd give it no stars at all were that possible.

I have been a customer of Lectric Ave for years both for myself and my business. You cannot find a better place to shop and the staff are even better.

I was gifted a Jura E8 coffee maker purchased from Lectric Ave Electronics. The customer service has been outstanding from the initial enquiries to questions about the best ways to use the machine at home. It's obvious they LOVE the machine and brand and we love it too.

Our Mac Desktop was having some problems and Apple Support sent us to Lectric Avenue from Nelson. We brought in our computer at 11 AM for our appointment and the gentleman in the back was wonderful. We didn't catch his name but he was so fast and gave realistic time frames for the possible fix and diagnostics. By 1 PM we were picking up our computer after a minor software update. Everyone was friendly and we got the sense that everyone is extremely hard working and loves to problem solve for their customers. Highly recommend this spot if you need help with a computer fix or need to purchase electronics/accessories.

Had a great experience at Lectric Avenue Electronics today! Went in to set a new phone, was a problem and Travis had helped me all the way through and was super friendly. After all that hassle, I had to go back into to switch the phone as it wasn’t the one we had wanted. He had helped me with that also. Absolutely love dealing with the Telus there here in Creston! Always great service and the people are wonderful!

Do not buy any computer components from this store we bought a motherboard and a HDD from this place and when I built my PC when I got home the hard drive made the pc shut down right when I hit the power button fans spun around once and shut down so then I tried another ssd and another HDD on the motherboard to see if it was just the hard drive but matter of fact the motherboard wrecked those as well so the day after I went to return the products I got from them they said they wouldnt take the motherboard back as we put a CPU in the motherboard but thats bad business as I used to get PC parts from memory express from the coast when I lived there and they had no problem taking back products that did not work also I would just like to point out a few things we have bought from here seems like they have been opened and then put back on the floor

Quite possibly one of the best stocked electronic stores I've ever seen for its size.Lectric Avenue has a great selection of electronics to satisfy everyone. For the electronic hobbyist there's an ample selection of parts and components for your next project. For the Apple fan, they carry just about every device on the market. Windows fan? No problem, they have you covered as well. I could go on and on, but you’re better off just seeing it for yourself.When you do visit, you’ll likely receive a warm welcome by the staff, especially Lorna, who goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you’re looking for.Overall great job!

As a recent newcomer to Creston, when my MacBook Pro suffered heat exhaustion and conked out yesterday, I feared sending it away to Apple for repair. Or worse, going to Vancouver and standing in line with hundreds of others and/or having to wait a week for an appointment. Heck no!Big relief to discover that Creston has Lectric Ave Electronics as the authorized Apple repair centre. As a bonus I was able to book an appointment online last night for this morning, and I arrived early to find that Travis was able to help me right away.Travis quickly deduced the problem, and he very patiently explained how to remedy it next time. He also gave me printed instructions related to the solution. Travis is incredibly knowledgeable, yet he knew how to simplify it all for me. Thank you Travis for your excellent customer service. My sons will be thrilled to know their long distance technical support might no longer be required.

The best selection of electronics in Creston Service was great. Just wish the selection of DIY home theatre wall plates was better. I will shop here again. Clean friendly place
