Hello, first of all I would love to recommande every one in the GTA to contact with excellent & wonderful trusted lawyer Ali from Graham Mark law office. Ali, with his skills of managing all kind of clients needs with pièce of mind is highly incredible. I have done à several business with Ali from invitation letter to buying à house is all the expériences have provided high level of satisfaction to me, my family and offcourse my lovely friends.

Disorganized and communication gaps:I agree 100% with another reviewer, this office is disorganized, will ask you for documents already submitted and person that picks up calls has no clue about your file and yet will not let you speak to the clerk. If they can have someone who is knowledgeable on a specific file accessible to clients, this would be a much better rating. Want to be on edge on your closing day? go with this law firm. First and last for me!

Unfortunately, this is a very disorganized law office. Very often, staff did not know who I was nor could find my file. They scheduled a meeting for me to meet with Mark and Mark did not show up. There was no apology from Mark or response to my emails to him. Staff repeatedly asked me to produce documents that I had already dropped off to the office.I would say, if you don't mind being stressed out by your own lawyer, then this law office is probably ok. If you want to feel confident and secure that your lawyer is on top of your file, you might want to look elsewhere.

If I could write a zero I would. Worst process I've ever dealt with and I discourage anyone from using Mark Graham Law. I dealt with constantly needing to follow up to ensure things were moving forward, and being told inaccurate information. I would have to call and email over and over just to get a response from anyone. Nothing was properly explained until I asked a ton of different people multiple times. Things were delayed constantly or I was given wrong timelines but then when they wanted something from me they pushed me to get it to them within 24 hours. I was pushed to pay the bill within 24 hours and the bill was never explained so I was required to pay for something I didn't understand. I had to pay it so them i followed up after payment multiple times just to get an explanation of the bill and was I was actually paying for which is completely wrong. I never received a copy of my final signed legal documents and months later I emailed 3 people asking for my final copy that I'm legally entitled too and should have received when my house closed and never received and my email was yet again completely ignored. Not one of the three people bothered to respond or provide the documents. I'm at the point where I'm ready to file a complaint with the college of lawyers of Ontario and encourage everyone else who has gone through this to file as well. Services this terrible should not exist. I'm extremely upset, angry, annoyed, frustrated, etc. Do not use them.

Mark Graham and his staff have been excellent to work with over the last 8+ years. From looking after the sale of our house and purchase of a resale home, family wills and power of attorneys, to starting up a new business; they have always taken care of us and ensure our best interest. Mark has at times overextended himself and helped us manage through crisis situations. He is a friendly outgoing guy that makes even the hardest times more bearable.The staff at Mark Graham’s law office are also friendly and outgoing. They can competently answer any inquiries I may have or direct me to the right individuals that can help. We have referred friends and family to this law office with no regrets.
