Very happy with my experience. Was looking for garage door parts (springs) and Duffy as very helpful over the phone. Attended the store, met Duffy who was very courteous and obtained my parts for less money than I was expecting. It was a great no fuss experience and I recommend this company to anyone needed new stuff or parts. I should add... the parts were a perfect fit.

We had an after-market opener that opened a very old Stanley component and were looking for a second opener. The technician was extremely helpful; he found us a recommended remote and made an educated guess to program it. We got home and it worked! Thank you so much for your knowledgeable assistance.

My garage door broke over the weekend and Overhead Door Company of Vancouver came out within an hour, investigated the problem, and fixed it within hours the same day! I was very impressed by their professionalism, their knowledge, and their skills to quickly fix my garage door! I would definitely recommend OHD!

I booked a service technician last month to come out to fix my garage door which stopped working, the Customer Service lady requested my credit card before dispatching anyone and said that he will not come without it, it was my mistake I gave her the info.He showed up at my house on time at 8 am, was here for 5 mins. He told me that there is nothing he can do to repair it and that it should be replaced and went away. I requested quotations from Customer Service lady who sent me 4 options ranging from $700 to $900, I asked her few questions and thought about it for 1 day. Next day I was surprised to see $140.70 was charged to my credit card, I called and complained and sent an email and she insisted that service call is charged like that, I told her he did not service anything he just looked at it and said it has to be replaced. I understand that they could have charged $50 for his trip even though the guy works in my area and nearby cities.She even referred me to her manager who said that they will refund part of it but nothing happen.I later learned that they are big company but I don't care about big, they should be fair, sensible and logical, I only called them because their name was written on the old garage door opener, even their pricing for new machines were 50% higher than the others.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Your reply came so quickly, you said you credited my credit card on Feb 25, I did not receive any thing till today Mar 5, also the wifi option you quoted at $927, someone else quoted the same exact option at $586.

The 2 technicians Satish and Rotha were fast and efficient and professional..they took the time to discuss the job and answered my questions.

Absolutely great service! Competant, prompt and very fair pricing. I didn't notice that a garden stake had fallen into the track of the garage door and the door closed on it. The track was a little mangled, the pulley and chain were out of whack. Overhead door listened carefully to the details. The repairman arrived at the time promised and brought everything with him. He was in and out quickly and the door works perfectly again. Why would I call anyone else? They know their stuff. I'd definitely recommend Overhead Door.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!We called this company and hoping they can help us right away. My husband called them on Friday last week 3/26/21 around 9am and told them about our situation. Along with the said conversation, the lady on the phone is Alyssa and she asked my husband's credit card (IT'S A BIG MISTAKE WE GAVE HER THE INFORMATION). The guy showed up in the afternoon and was here at the garage for only 3 MINUTES and said that there is nothing he can do to repair it and that the company will send us more information about our quote and then leave. On the same night, I emailed them for follow up but we did not get any informations.Until, Monday morning 3/29/21 a lady from the Overhead door company named Nicole called me telling that my husband's email is incorrect so that we didn't received any emails. So as we spoked, I gave her my email and she send me our quotation which is fo $2,700.00CAD for 3 panels (first of all, we only need 2 panels!). After that, my family and I think first for our next step and tried to look for a cheaper company. The next thing happened, Wednesday 3/31/21 they charged my husband for $145.00CAD (after tax)That is for the guy who showed up only for 3 minutes!EASY MONEY, HUH!
