Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
This is the most disappointing food of any Mucho Burrito I’ve ever ordered from. I placed a website order for an office lunch, and most of the bowls were very skimpy portions, one ridiculously so which I’ve included a photo of. It makes it even worse that I ordered direct from the restaurant to help them avoid the steep food delivery service commissions AND left a generous tip by takeout standards (don’t get me started on the expectation that we now tip when ordering before we even get the food). This particular franchise really needs some corporate QA oversight.

Similar to Chipotle or Moe's in the US, it doesn't offer too much difference from either of them. Service at this location was very personable. Parking is a little rough during normal dining hours as it is shared with a few other restaurants.

Worst food quality ever had at any mucho burito. Quesdilla was watery and brown rice in a bowl were uncooked. Cleanliness is a zero too, seats and tables were dirty. No hygiene level

This location at Heritage Meadows is a real disappointment. The staff have zero interest in being there or serving you. It was very clear that ordering food is an inconvenience for them. Today the restaurant was empty. Zero friendliness exhibited by the staff, to the point that a group of four that came in after us appeared to be puzzled by the lack of customer service. There were no napkins at all- except for a large roll of commercial grade paper to rip off. Do yourself a favour and go to a different Mucho franchise or somewhere else. I know I will.

Customer service might be the worst I have ever seen. I am not one to write reviews about bad costumer service as I work in the industry, however the treatment my friend and I received today was awful. We came in excited as part of our post gym ritual and as we walked in her eye rolled. As we both work in the industry we realized she was clearly annoyed that we had ordered two simple burrito bowls. We had asked her if they were closing soon which she responded no, which rules out that as a reason to be blatantly rude. We asked for the bare minimum and made to feel as a burden. The store was empty there for no reason for the rudeness. Also when we asked for toppings she put not even a quarter of a scoop on to the bowls. Overall bad experience. Won’t ever be coming back.

Normally pretty good quality and not cheaping or serving size, until recently.Past 2 times here my burrito was mostly just rice to take up most of the it so the more expensive quality ingredients were left out. Putting on only 2 pieces of mango for a topping... 2... And barely any chicken.. This never used to be an issue..Please tell your employees to go back to regular serving sizes or stop telling them to sort customers. Thank you.

My burrito bowl was fantastic. The person that helped me was extremely polite and gave a good portion size. Thank you.The only downside was the female manager came out to reprimand her staff about burning something very aggressively. Super unprofessional way to speak to someone, not to mention this type of conversation shouldn’t be in front of a customer.

I recently visited Mucho at Heritage Meadows and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I ordered the burrito bowl with barbacoa, which had a great flavor. The portion size was generous for the price, and it came with all of my favorite toppings. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, making it a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for an affordable meal that tastes great!

Good place to pickup quick bite and maybe lunch or dinner. The staff is good and accommodating with our request. We got a vegetarian bowl, it was good. Ambience was okay, felt more like a takeout place. They do have lot of seating options and parking right outside.

Really difficult and frankly negative experience. For such a simple order I was fought on everything by the employee. The structural integrity of the entire meal was extremely negatively affected by choices the employee made even after I asked for other options.
