Ross Flats Vintage Apparel

I have ordered from Ross Flats twice before this most recent transaction. Both before have been good experiences. (One pick up and one delivery)The most recent - I placed an order before a trip. I asked if pick-up was going to be before I left and there was no answer. On my trip I received an email with an apology and said he would ship my order out for free. I thanked him and gave my shipping address. 2 weeks later when I came back home - no package. I have sent 2 emails, another message over the website and have left a voicemail and there have been no responses. Over a month later, I am out money and an order.Not the best way to treat customers who are trying to support a local business.**UPDATE** - One month later, I did end up receiving my order in the mail. As much as I love the apparel - the customer service just isn't where it should be.

Amazing customer service, fast delivery. Great shirts. High quality, very comfortable. it's great to see someone bring back the Edmonton Trappers! I'd love to see some more Trappers hats for sale, but this is a really cool local business that offers a great product.

I’ve ordered here before and had a great experience the first time.The second time, not so great and here is why. We placed an order over a weekend with a Friday pick up (we asked for it in the notes) arrived on Friday to pick up. Our order was not ready. I spoke with the owner who stated he was busy and had a full-time job, he apologized and said he would ship out over the weekend. This was in July. It is now October. He has not refunded the money, shipped out the order or responded to my many requests on what’s going on.Stay away.
