Lots of selection. Can get almost anything you need. If you wait for sales you can get good deals.

Horrible experience. We had new winter tires and rims put on, after getting my vehicle back, it began to shake. I took it in, they kept my car for a day, and upon picking it up, it was still shaking. After taking it back for a second time, as I walked in, the associate working the service dept said, “oh we were expecting you back. Still shaking? We figured it was a defective tire.” The sales manager quickly approached and took over and assured me it would be taken care of. I left my car there AGAIN, and they found 3 defective tires. Point is, they knowingly put defective tires back onto my car the first time I took it in, jeopardizing our safety. Sales manager upgraded my tires, and gifted us $20 in gift cards. Warning to all, and especially women (as they thought I wouldn’t notice ), do not buy tires or receive tire repairs from there.

Please be aware about the automated Jumpstart donation you are making when you agree to round up when paying. I thought it was round to the nickel but you should hold up the cashier and read the fine print. if you say yes round up it will round it to the dollar up and send your change to Jumpstart.

Staff is great at this location! Albeit on evenings they are few & far between & usually highschool students but they must be trained that if they don't know, to ask someone else. I LOVE the gentleman back in the hardware section (with long grey beard). He is so lovely & not only helps readily but explains things in detail as well as being polite & patient. It is very difficult to find customer service like that anymore!! Automotive Service area has great staff as well! They also are very patient with women who know very little about vehicles. I could go on & on but suffice to say ALL the staff in this store is simply WONDERFUL!!
