Steve was like a life saver when I desperately needed electrical help. His team solved all machinery deficiencies quickly for ESA approval. He is very professional and responsive. He even answered my question by message before 6AM.When my machine is open for business, I will upload photos here, and invite Steve and his team to celebrate the victory.

I contacted Innovation Electric to help me with my panel breaker occasionally tripping. Steve returned my request immediately (it was a long weekend!) and offered some basic troubleshooting steps over the phone.However we were not able resolve the issue so I made an appointment for service call. I was able to book with confidence as he provided to me upfront a copy of his licensing and insurance coverage.He took time to explain the issue to me (I asked) as well as documented before and after pictures. Turned out I had bad wiring (signs of previous fire/burning) so that was replaced as well as a new 20A breaker.He was very professional and courteous all the way through. One downside is that he will charge a 3 hour minimum. So it might not be “worth” it for smaller jobs. But in my case , I have no problem in paying a bit more knowing that the job was done right and safely and would recommend Innovation Electric to anyone needing an Electrician.

We need to install an outlet for EV charging and we found this company via google map. Steve responded to our online inquiry promptly. He came out to assess our electrical needs for installing 240V outlet for our EV charger. He's friendly and professional. He explain to us all the options we can consider in details (what's needed, what are nice to have, what are not required). He did not push us at all into making a decision on the spot. We got back to him a few days after for the work. On the day of the work, the team were very punctual (I saw them waiting outside before the agreed time) and they are very polite and friendly. I highly recommend them for any electrical work.
