I was served by Michael. I came by weekday late afternoon and the Black Friday deal is on. It was busy at their kiosk. I was #17 in the waiting queue. When my turn was called, he answered my questions about the deal going on. He checked my current service provider record and compared that with what is currently offered. I made a quick decision to get a new phone and he swiftly proceeded with the agreements paperwork. He made sure that all charged is clear with me including the fee that may appear but will eventually be waived on the next coming bill.As it was really busy he advised that he cannot help me transfer files but I can come next week and they will be able to help me with data transfer. I am happy with the service and transaction I received.

Not a good place as you need to wait for more than 2hrs at Rodeo drive location and then also the deals deals didn’t meet expectations. Best Buy and Walmart give better deals. They give $50Free stuffs which you can get from others also. All promotions are for past year phones and there is no deals for iPhone 14 pro.Better team and management can help to manage the customers.
