Terrible management of my building, the pool has been under repair since last summer. Sauna is not working, gym is under repair. One of the elevators always malfunctions.The garage constantly smells and has flies.Requests for EV charger installation has been “under evaluation” since I bought my property 2 years ago. Nothing is managed properly expect for fees and fines!

Stephanie is a good example of how Montreal Management Companies should respond to their Clients requests, Always courtoeus and prompt. Wish other Management Companies would learn from this exceptional employee.

- Offers 24/7" emergency lines that ask you to call back at a later time. Clearly does not understand the term "emergency" and "24/7"- Bins left on the curb for weeks on end. Meanwhile

This company will steal the building they manage hard earned money with the affiliated companies they have that they call to come repair the issues but never do. It is below the minimum level of professionalism , They are actually crooks! Police and lawyers being informed and investigation is next!

Probably the worse condo management you can think of. Takes forever to answer you and when they do they act like there's been no delay. Takes them a couple of weeks to get an answer back. Horrible condo management service, wouldn't recommend any building to continue with their services and soon will be asking our condo building to change management teams because it's very poor

I would like to give them 0 stars but I can't.Awful condo management company. They do not respond to requests, and the building is in terrible shape. Their telephone line asks people to submit a request to their system, but no one is looking at the requests. You need to do a follow up call to figure out why no one has answered you. Moreover, they indicated that changes would be made to improve the situation, however over one year later, the service is just as terrible. They also try to bully residents based on rules which do not exist. But they are very good to give the penalty as an example, I mail my lease to them and I spoke with them about my new tenant but they send an email 200$ penalty few weeks ago. They complain that nobody informed them about the moving.Very sorry for them...

I worked with Solution condo in a large project they managed. Managing a large new residential project is not easy but I really appreciated all of the guidance and experience we received fromSolution condo. I want to particularily highlight Caroline Trudeau who is a managing director at solution condo. She is most likely one of the most experience property directors in montreal. She has seen it all and her invaluable support allowed us to make major improvements. Secondly, i’ve seen a lot of management companies use low grade software to track all requests. Solution condo has developped a software called upper bee. In my opinion, this is the biggest differentiatior. It allows to track everything at the same place. It becomes particularily handy when dealing with big projects where the management company can get 100’s of requesr within days.Thank you for the great collaboration, i appreciate the effort put in managing our project.BestSina

This company is a joke. I live at 720 Saint Jacques. My elevators never work. They send us notifications of the issue but refuses to pay the emergency fee for the technician to come fix it so if it’s on a week night or weekend I get stuck in my building for 12+ hours. I have missed out on work 3 times now due to their poor property management. I would stay as far away from this company as possible.

Terrible service (or I should say lack thereof) with terrible attitude. Have dealt with other condo management companies and this one is by far the worst. Avoid at all costs.

This company manages buildings horribly. Very poor communication, zero accountability, and zero ownership.
