Went in for a small burger and a drink. Empty line. Got eye contact from all employees and supervisor.No words, no acknowledgements. After supervisor left the front, having nobody else willing to step up to till.I realized it would be faster and equal quality across the parking lot. So I left.

Brutal experience, the ordering speaker at the drive through is far away from the menu so when you drive to look at the menu you now cannot order and are stuck in line. Waited 15 minutes for buddy in front of me to get his order (obviously whatever he ordered should have had him directed out front for pick up). I dont think the drive through employee wanted to have to go outside so instead the drive through sat not moving for 15min. They realized I was in line and literally watched me waiting. Couldnt be bothered to do anything. So we went to MacDonalds who had no lign up, friendly employees, and a functional drive through. Get it together BK Canada. This is a newly renovated location but you know what they say about putting lipstick on a pig.

As far as Burger Kings go I would have to say that this is probably the best one I have ever been too and o go to Burger King a lot. As always the food is good, and the price is not bad at all, but a few things this Burger King can brag that others can't, at least in my opinion.....they have never messed up my order, the sitting areas and washrooms are always clean, and the food is always good. I have gone to several other Burger Kings and they all have flopped on one thing or another at some time but not this one. The staff is efficiant, and food is reliably good. The place is always clean, although could use some updating, but at least you know your not going to catch a disease off the table you eat at. All in all this is a really good Burger King to visit if you like whoppers as much as I do.

I had forgot my billfold with all my 'REAL folding money' at home and only had a bunch of random pocket change of which I KNEW there was ATLEAST $3.00 there in change (probably close to a dollar more but I wasn't sure exact amount and $2.38 left on my debit card. I was concerned I wasn't going to have enough to cover my order so I pre-emptively downsized the size of my fry order. The cashier asked how much you short there hun?" I replied "I'm not exactly sure... probably like $0.50 if that. I KNOW I've got atleast $3.00-$3.25 min in change and exactly $2.38 on debit. My total after taxes etc was $5.98. She kindly and without ANY judgements for my paying in all change AND debit (other cashiers from other businesses in the past absolutely have made me feel like garbage for the form my payment was in OR even the fact I asked for it to be split between two methods of payment as if being broke at the cashier using tiny pocket change to pay isn't bad enough from internal anxiety.)THANKFULLY THIS LOCATION HAS STAFF WITH TACT

We went to the drive thru! We got excellent service! My bacon burger was delicious! The fries were also really good! My sprite tasted like sprite! If I every go back to Smith falls and pass by I'll definitely stop by again!

Wow, lacks customer service for sure! The girl with bright red hair and tattoos down her arms was so incredibly rude taking my order. Swearing under her breath and all I ordered was a whopper.

The first thing I have noticed when I walked in to the restaurant was a bad smell, as soon as we got to the counter, few servers there and no one acknowledge us, a couple minutes later this nice server eventually say to us” I will be there in a second”…. Now that’s a customer service right there.!We ordered our meal, 2 burger, a fries and two apple pie.First table was dirty, so we moved to another table, the same one. Crumbs all over the tables, big spider cob by the window, crumbs, food, dirty napkins under the table, no A/C inside, in fact its hotter inside the restaurant than outside.I was put off with the dirty dining room, as I was eating my meal, I was thinking if the restaurant is this dirty, how dirty is their kitchen? Or the prep area?Sure enough after just few minutes after eating my burger, and few fries, I was having a really bad stomach ache, I had to stop in public washroom to use their toilet, twice already, and this is an hour an a half since I was there.That was my first meal all day, so it can’t be something that eat in the morning because I didn’t have anything.Those franchisee holder should be more careful about the cleanliness of their franchise restaurant.I was so disappointed and I will swear, I will never visit any Burger King again!

Quick drive through and consistent for once at a Burger King. I love BK but I find they never seem to be consistent anywhere. This location was great. Super friendly too :)

Good staff and food.. but the air conditioning wasn't working and the employees were dying on one of the hottest days of the year.. management should have sent them home in my opinion.
