***Absolutely fantastic service*** Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday morning. Fortunately for us there was a trade show close to our house. We knew there would be some HVAC outfits there and we went over to see if we could find some assistance. We found John and the crew from CCAS, he graciously left the trade show to come to our house to look after the furnace. After determining the failed part he drove 45 mins(one way) back to his shop to get the part and came back to install it for us. On a Sunday, while he was supposed to be working his booth at the trade show. Fast forward to the Tuesday and the furnace had once again given out. After a quick call to CCAS and they assured us that we would be made a priority. 3 hours later John was back at the house and digging into the furnace to determine what was causing this repeated issue. After a period of diagnostics it was determined that there was a serious airflow blockage in and out of the furnace. Upon checking the exterior venting on the side of the house it was discovered that our 3-year old had been placing the decorative rocks down both intake and exhaust stacks causing the air flow blockage. Jon cut off the pipes and we proceeded to remove the rocks with help of said 3 year old. Jon had to make a special trip into the city to get the 90 degree elbows to re-attach the pipes to the house that afternoon and get our furnace going again. Through-out the entire period John's professional and personable manner was on full display. His care and attention to detail as well as understanding that things happen" was fantastic. The level of service was something that is rarely seen in today's world. I will be coming back to John and the CCAS crew for all of our future HVAC needs

Customer service is very rare in this day and age and this company has it from the moment you call to book the appointment to the thank you for the business you get at the end of the service call. John and his helper were prompt, on time and extremely pleasant and informative. They explained exactly what they were going to do, what they found along the way, made suggestions and gave advice to be proactive with maintenance for the long run. They will definitely be our go to for all of our HVAC needs and be highly recommended to all. Thank you!

We run a renovation contracting business and this was our first experience working with CCAS. They installed an engineered air make up system in a commercial bay for one of our clients. The experience was excellent. I sent John the plans and he performed the estimate within a couple of days and was able to source the required materials. I expressed our sense of urgency to get the unit installed so the clients can open their business as soon as possible. The CCAS team was able to get the unit installed within a couple of weeks of the estimate. The install was done as designed and the inspection passed with flying colors. Tina in the office kept in constant contact and updated us as required. She was always available when I had a question. If she did not have the answer, she called me back after she researched it. CCAS delivered and exceeded expectations on every promise they made. I would highly recommend CCAS.

Absolutely Fantastic service, I have a rental property in Spruce Grove. I received a phone call from my renter early on a Saturday Morning, the furnace was acting up. I had heard good things about this company so I thought I would send them an email. literally within seconds Tina was calling me. she arranged John (THE OWNER) to go out that same day! John recommended to replace it so he dropped off some space heaters for my tenants to ensure they stayed warm until he could have his guys come out Monday morning!!I was VERY IMPRESSED start to finish!! I would Highly recommend them to anyone!!

We have had John and his crew install a furnace, air conditioner, water heater and HEPA unit over the past 3 years and can only praise their work, service and attention to detail. They even helped my husband put in a built-in vacuum system while they were here. The team also installed a new furnace, air conditioner and air cleaner for our son and his wife who are very happy with the performance of each unit. Everyone now has clean air which makes such a difference in air quality and dust residue. In addition, the cost for each unit was very reasonable. My husband and I were out of country for a period of time this past winter when a problem developed with the furnace. My husband has an app on his cell phone that told him of the issue. John immediately came out and fixed the problem. Can't ask for better service! John, Tina and the rest of the team provide reliable, efficient, trustworthy, courteous and professional service. We have no hesitation with recommending them to our friends and family. We would give them more stars than 5 if that were possible.

Midst of winter and our furnace igniter failed so no heat and little kids at home makes it difficult. They were optimistic that they would have me up in running in no time. However after two days with no heat and all they could say is go to Canadian tire and pick up a heater?! Then the office staff that answers the phone tells me she can’t give me an estimate when we can expect the service guy? Nope she just hangs up on you. Not professional at all this experience. At least they could do is give an estimate or a date that they would come vs leaving a family completely in the dark wondering when. At least another company was able to help us same day no issues and didn’t hang up in my ear twice. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience

I called this company to do a routine inspection on our furnace that is original to our home,and I have to say I have never been happier with a service call! They were able to fit me in on short notice. John and Tina are fantastic people. You can definitely tell John genuinely cares about his work and clients. I will have them back and would reccomend them to anyone. :) Thank you guys!

New furnace required! New furnace acquired!John at CCAS came in with a competitive quote, and we were impressed with his out of the box thinking for our situation. Replaced original Lennox with a York LX, rotated furnace 90° for easy access to filter and for servicing. This creative thinking approach keeps giving CCAS that competitive edge.
