I went to this store today to purchase a carpet runner for our home. Here are the specifics of the unprofessional and prejudiced customer service we received from both employees. First of all when we arrived at the store no one would help us. We waited until an employee was free, and when asked if he could help us he avoided us and went to help another customer. Finally when we asked someone who seemed like the owner to assist us the service got even worse. He repeatedly told my wife and I that we might not be able to afford the carpets in the store and that they might be too pricey for us. Finally when we told him what we were looking for he took us to a section of the store that had shelves of binders with thousands of sample swatches in it and told us we could go through all the binders which would take hours. Looking at the customers that were getting served quickly it was clear that we did not physically look like the customers they seem to prefer to serve. It’s a shame in this day and age of businesses trying to be more diverse and inclusive such micro aggressions still exist. Do not shop here in my opinion.

I will never go anywhere else ever again for my flooring needs....Speers Road Broadloom is where its at for flooring!! Massive selection of choices. Carl and his staff were all amazing to say the least! Carl took the time to share his in depth knowledge about the different types of flooring to use/ not use so I could make an informed decision instead of pushing any product just to make a sale. I was so impressed from start to finish....you just don't get service like this anymore! AMAZING WORK! Such an awesome experience here. Great selection and great pricing. Bronte was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had our floor installed by Aimilios. He was AMAZING! So detailed, super skilled. Knew the product I wanted and saw at another dealer. No questions asked to match the price. Henry was great to deal with and knows his products. There was an issue with one of the boards gave a call to Henry to voice my concern and days later he had one couriered out. No down time and the room was finished on schedule. I would highly recommend Speers for your flooring needs.

I had a vision for our home and he made it come to life. With thoughtful guidance and expertise I dont know what I would have done without him. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Knowledgeable, punctual, great products and amazing service.You can count on Mark Mullen to make everything go smoothly from the measuring phase, product selection to the installation. He knows his products and went out of his way for us by bringing samples to us and picking them up! Top notch service. He also made excellent recommendations without pressuring us into anything. After meeting him, we chose not to shop around. This was our place and our guy!We would recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring and will no doubt use them again in the future.
