Evolve Allied Health (Hillside Medical Clinic)

This is place is not for anyone with cough, fever, sore throat, or runny nose.Either as walk-in patient or you want to see your family doctor, you can’t see a doctor if you have one of these symptoms.This is shameful and I’m not proud to be a patient in this clinic.

Getting a hold of a doctor to refill a prescription is damn near impossible! 2 weeks now without my medication. I hope they know this clinic is at fault if anything happens to me. Some of the most un-helpful staff ever

Dr. Kipnis is fantastic, he listens to whats going on and is quick to tell you what can help. He also let me try a different medication at my request with no problems. Very kind, but gets to the point. I feel very lucky he is my doctor.

Booooo!! Waited in line before they opened. 7th in line. Went in and was told to come back at 11:40am. Came back and waited for two more hours. Didn’t end up seeing a doctor. Nice little wasted Saturday. Been on a waiting list for a family doctor for years. Tough times is our privileged country.

Not sure what the point of a walk in clinic is, if you guys deny patients that don't have a doctor for things we need. Literally got declined a walk in cause I needed an adhd prescription refill and some papers filled out for work.. I applied for a doctor last year in a 20,000 person wait list, so it's pretty disheartening to be turned down cause of it. Definitely not a clinic you can rely on. Don't waste your time.

I have been sitting on the phone for hours trying to get through to someone. I’ve called numerous times, get put on hold and then hung up on.I’m changing my review, the phone situation is completely awful I stand by that 100% and wish there was a way to get through to reception. But after giving up on trying to make an appointment before going in and getting through to someone. I just drove down to the clinic, thankfully it was a decent day where it wasn’t very busy. There was only one receptionist up front with pretty eyelash extensions(I didn’t grab her name) who was nice and got what I needed done right away. I had the resident doctor call me and she was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful as well. Great service today, poor phone situations.

Love this Clinic , they work hard under difficult circumstances, Kelowna is fortunate to have them .People who are so critical obviously haven’t been a health care provider, or know someone who is .Dr Carroll has provided my wife @ I with very professional care .Her assistant Kaley is the same .!

The receptionist is not friendly and accommodating! And I just couldnt understand the way of making an appointment. I phoned to make an appointment but a receptionist who answered my phone call topd me to go the clinic in the morning. When I went there at 9:30am she scheduled me in the afternoon and I had to head home and went back to the clinic for the scheduled appointment. It is so hassle,, then I went arrived 5 minutes earlier the receptionist told me to wait outside coz it is not schedule yet. And when I went back on the time of my schedule she asked me again to go out and wait outside coz theres a kot of patients still waiting to be called but I can see that the waiting area is almost empty I only saw one patient waiting Injust couldnt understand. Is it because of covid? And the receptionist has this cold attitude… not smiling..,, no customer service attitude.. I just forgot to get her name. Tsk tsk

When I addressed my concerns of front desk staff breaching personal medical information the physician became defensive, told me he didn't have time for the conversation and that he needed to move on and hung up.Very unimpressed with the lack of professionalism. Will not return here.
