Dr. Phone Fix - SW Calgary

Dropped my phone and a piece of the screen in the corner came off. I needed to replace my screen and this place was able to do it in 45 minutes and for half the price of another repair shop I had considered. My phone is an iPhone 7 and the other shop said they would have to order in a screen and I would have to wait until Wednesday, whereas this place had a screen in stock and could repair it within the day. It cost $72 with tax which was far cheaper than a lot of other places. I can’t comment on their other services but if you need a screen replacement I would recommend them.

These guys are pros and work fast! I brought my phone in for a full front and back glass replacement and had it back by lunch! Friendly staff and fair prices too. DO recommend

The staff at Dr. Phone Fix were friendly and greeted me promptly upon arrival. They seemed knowledgeable about their services and offered assistance in diagnosing and fixing my iPhone 13 issues. The initial interaction was positive, and I appreciated their willingness to help.However, the wait time for assistance was longer than expected, and there seemed to be a lack of organization in managing customer appointments. This resulted in some frustration and delays, which could have been improved with better scheduling and coordination.When it came to the repairs, the quality was satisfactory but not exceptional. The issue I had with my phone was resolved, but I noticed some minor glitches afterward. While they were not significant enough to warrant a return visit, it did leave me feeling slightly dissatisfied with the overall outcome.The friendly staff and satisfactory repairs are worth acknowledging. However, improvements in wait times, organization, and ensuring a more thorough repair could enhance the overall customer experience. With some adjustments, Dr. Phone Fix has the potential to provide more competitive services.s

Very good service! Went there to fix my phone and I also got 2 screen protectors and a case. Reasonable price and the workers were very funny and fun to talk to while waiting. Quick service also. Overall, very good experience! :)

I brought my phone in to be looked at one morning because it wouldn't charge. They took down my info and gave me a ticket number. Later that day, they called, saying it was fixed, awesome. Price was reasonable, didn't cost an arm and a leg. A couple weeks later, my phone stopped charging again (due to their being water damage). I brought my phone back in, and they fixed it again and didn't charge me this time. I highly recommend bringing your devices to them to be fixed. The employees are understanding, easy to talk to, and affordable.

Super Nice guy! Quality workmanship in a very slim timeframe. Showed me how to work details on my phone that I had no clue about as well. They were also $40 cheaper than the 2 places i visited previously. And the guys on kijiji are not worth the headache you get if anything goes wrong or the service is unsatisfactory

Great customer service! Joshua went out of his way to fix my water damaged phone and get all of my data back. I tried a few phone repair shops prior and nobody else was able to do what he did! 5/5 stars
