Liberty Tax

I have been doing my taxes here for like 7 years now. They always do a wonderfully professional job, thorough and pretty quickly (as much as they have control over themselves) I would def recommend Liberty tax on king George and I can't remember the cross street, but its almost right across from the post office, the bowling alley, and the big new plaza built across the street.

Booked an appointment for 2p on April 27th, 2023, only to arrive to them being closed. They never bothered to call & tell me that they weren't open. Now have to find a new place to get my taxes done before the deadline. Not very good business.

No matter what walk of life you come from, or what your social or financial status may be they will be the most Welcoming, helpful, friendly staff you'll come across anywhere! Rates are responsible and can be deferred until you receive your refund. the place gets really busy around cheque issue weeks but other than those times you can almost always just walk in and get seen right away. Great place run by greater people

I would not even give this place 1 star. They screwed up our taxes 2 years in a row.First year: After paying them to do our taxes, I found out 4 months later that they only filed my husbands taxes, not mine...even though they were done together at the same time. I had to call them to get them to actually file mine.We decided to give them an other chance and we used them again this year.This year: After we paying them to do our taxes, We set up direct deposit with them, as we were moving out of province...only to find out that they sent a check in the mail to our old address. Which is now 4 provinces away from us. This is so unprofessional. We will never ever go to a liberty tax service again.

I checked the website and called. I got voicemail . Nowhere did it say an appointment was necessary. When I made an appointment at the office they called me back the next day to change it. That was the day of my appointment. I have been going here for about 8 years. This was my worst experience. I believe ownership has changed in the last 2 years. It used to be an incredible experience

I got 2 appointments, both of them during off hours. Once there, I found the doors close. I don't get this.

This place has gone to down hill. Been going here for almost 10 years and the past three years I have found the service horrible. Nobody ever answers the phone. Make appointments and the accountantbis not there. No phone call or anything to say she called in sick. I payed 160$ to have my taxes done, by another account who did not seem impressed that she now has to help me. She asked me how much my expenses where for gas, I had already added some up and need to add up some more. I asked if she had a calculator and she said no. Lol what accountant does not have a calculator? I had to add my own stuff up on my phone.. I also asked for something from a few years ago taxes and they could not find it. Stay away from this place!!!

This place is the only place you should be getting your tax work done.Theyre service is impeccable, They are one of a a kind,I surely recommend them to everyone.
