Canada Post

The employee during our visit seemed very unhappy, he lazily approached the cashier and began to serve us with displeasure. When we asked questions, he told us that we were stupid and should know all the information about the products of the branch better than him.

This is just terrible service! I had to return home to collect unnecessary documents. Then they lied to me that there is a limit for transferring money. They just didn't want to work! Please! Release him! I just cried after the visit!

The staff here are so rude and condescending! They are also closed 1/2 the time I visit so you need to write notes on the door or update your google hours!

If you want to look for postcard but you are in Calgary, get it here. I sent it to a friend in Indonesia. They sold stamps, Canadian postcards and stuff.

These guys are great, they helped keep my package safe and saved me from a scammer

Was “helped” by what seems to be, based on the other reviews, the only person who works at this location. I seemed to have upset him simply by showing up and asking him about tasks that are related to his job. He sighed at me, raised his voice, had a serious attitude, and even threw my packages around, and was just all around a miserable human. Very let down to know that this is the closest Canada Post to my home, as I’m sure I will have to visit again. Horrible experience.

The worst customer service. The employees are so rude and condescending for no reason. The employee was acting as if I didn’t know much and when I politely corrected him he got even more mad. I came for the Moneygram service and the guy first tried to tell me that I couldn’t send money to the country I wanted to send to (which is false because it’s not my first time doing so) and after he found out I was right he then proceeded to enter the wrong name for the receiver (whom their full CORRECT name was already in the system in my profile) so obviously I kept correcting him and eventually got mad. Thankfully he eventually got around and did his job correctly. What I’d like to understand is why hassle a customer for no reason???? It’s ridiculous.I’ve had negative experiences with both employees of this post office. You’re better off going to any other location.

Really rude service. What’s more.. there’s a screen at the cash register where you can rate their service, the cashier actually turned the screen to himself and gave himself a good review.

I actually came here to see the sad spectacle that everyone described in the reviews here. It appears it is under new management and the 2 people working the post office desk today were helpful, friendly and quick.Package was shipped and the tracking number worked :)

I came 4 weeks ago. The person (male in his 50's) who handles the Canada Post was on a call that didn't seem to be work related (I can't tell because it was not English) . He never acknowledged my presence for him to attend the post office.I will rather walk further than come back and waste my time waiting 5 to 10 min with no indication he will hang up his call in order to attend the customer He never said he will be right there. Store was empty...no wonder.
