Food was exactly what we wanted.The dine in experience is always meh. A little more attention to dining area clean up wouldn't hurt.

Excellent food. Just wish the employees would be more respectful and speak English or French to each other while customers are in the store. It is a Mexican restaurant, and they may want to consider not playing Indian music in the store.

Good portions. The mucho burrito is huge and can easily feed two. Both Chicken and Veg burritos tasted good. No brianer, very Good place. The lady who made the burritos was so friendly and patient.

I went with my 4 kids and a friend at Orleans location (mere bleu). I ask my 2 youngest to go sit down while I stay at counters to order with my 2 oldest. We were only us in the restaurant. They serve my friend in front of me. They ignored me and my 2 teenagers. They served a person that walk-in after me. They kept ignoring me. They were too busy to make online orders instead of serving people in front of them. No acknowledgement at all. If I wouldn’t speak up. I will of never been served. This nice lady after I speak up did take care of me and my 5 orders and the other guy instead of helping her with my 5 meals. He was serving people behind us. I had 2 youngest kids sitting down waiting for food and impatient. I spend over $125 and I will never go back because of how I was treated. On the good side food was excellent.

Portion sizes are mucho smaller than other locations. If you want a burrito in orleans, don't go here or you'll be getting mucho less value for your money. And they don't believe you when you let them know. FYI all other Mucho locations give 2 scoops of rice and chicken in a bowl. Waste of money...and I'm still hungry.

Mucho Burrito is awesome, and this is a great location. I even viewed the other reviews and any negative review the owner has taken the time to respond and try to make things right, that is not common to see in many food chains nowadays. Personally, I just got out of there, and the guy wasnt chinsey with ingrediants at all (see photo). Everything looked fresh and the place was clean. I really had nothing bad to say at all, and definitly recommend trying it. Only downside, I'm too full now. :)

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
The food is awesome, it is kind of unique that it’s not exactly all that Mexican but has a lot of the characteristics of Chipotle and the like. Their prices are not the cheapest but the food is worth it as it is freshly cooked and flavourful. The staff has been friendly over the last two years and their website has all the nutritional information data needed to know what you are eating exactly. The hot salsa here is amazing and the fresh veggies are pretty good. Always go for the Carne Asada. Also, the guacamole is not the best with the chips, stick to it in a burrito and have queso and mix it with hot sauce... magical stuff.

Staff were friendly , counter was clean , bowl and burrito were delicious , prices very reasonable . However the eating area was very dirty and it was still the beginning of the day around 1 PM.
