Booked my Ford Diesel for an oil change and couldn’t be happier. What outstanding service!! They used Ford Motocraft oil and filter and a very reasonable price. I was able to get in on a days notice and they went over and above with the customer service. Staff was so nice easy to talk to. They even washed it before I picked it up !! Keep up the great work !!

We were travelling from GP to Edmonton when I realized a shield was dragging. Pulled in to OK Tire and had the best experience. Professional and friendly, they had us on our way in no time. Thanks again for your excellent service, great team you have there!

We pulled into this location about 20 min. before closing. We had blown a tire and put the spare on about 50 km's outside of Fox Creek on our way to Edmonton. These guys were super friendly, helped us out with all the questions we had and made sure all of our tires were good to go before sending us back on our way. We are so appreciative of the friendly and warm service.

Amazing service, fast, efficient, professional!I had a screw in my tire, noticed it at the rest stop before Foxcreek, stopped in to get it fixed, I had a van full of kids and the men at OK Tire fixed it for me right away.Thanks so much for keeping us safe, we highly recommend these guys' services. I went to wash my company truck & the customer service was absolutely fantastic! Alexia & Sara were super friendly & very helpful. The wand was very powerful to help take the greasy crusty mud off the truck, lots of room to move the wand. For the price it was awesome!! Highly recommend this car wash!

While driving from the Yukon to Montreal my alternator belt broke in Fox Creek. Every single one of the staff were so kind and helpful, and they prioritized doing the job correctly with the absolute right parts for my vehicle so that I could make it all the way to Quebec. Thank you so much!

Such a wonderful family run service department. After our exhaust broke while 1100km from home and just starting our trip home, they fit us in right away, gave us a breakfast sandwich, and good conversation until we were road worthy again. They never tried to sell us anything more than what we needed done and even invited us to stop back in for coffee on our next trip. It felt like spending time with our own family. AC stopped working on a +32 day with 2 kids in the van. Stopped at OK tire, they were too busy for an appointment. But mechanic came out for a quick check, gave us enough advice to get things going on our own. We really appreciated the help even when they were swamped!

Got put in a bad situation passing through Fox Creek from Calgary and these guys took very good care of me, they were very communicative, fast and effective.They really put me as a priority and helped me out past closing time, really good group of guys and a gal. Fantastic service!!!

This is one of the best mechanic shops I have ever had the pleasure of being to. Everyone is friendly, informative and genuinely cares about making sure you are taken care of. I can honestly say that is few and far between these days. The staff have always gone above and beyond for me. I had an issue with my vehicle a couple weeks ago and I called OK Tire for assistance. When Cory answered he asked me to describe the issue and moments later offered to come to my work to pick up the keys and he would drive over to check it out. After he had finished he came back to my work and dropped off the keys and said the problem had been resolved. It made me so happy to be taken care like that and for him to go out of his way to make sure he figured out what the problem was. I feel like everyone at OK Tire has this mentality. Thank you so much for being there for me when I needed it most!! You have no idea how much it means that all of you care so much!!! THANK YOU!!
