Horrible service. They don’t understand the food market.

No doubt, a big company with good edible products but how it justifies the package of paneer says expiry in mid March and it's already spoiled. I went back to Subji Mandi to return unopened pack of Brar's malai paneer after some days of purchase because it was spoiled but having more than a month of expiry but the cashier didn't return it as I was not having the bill of my purchase. I told her that Ontario Impex is their vendor so no matter what, they will take it back but she didn't agree to take it back. I don't know how to post the pics here otherwise I would have posted pics of unopened pack with expiry in mid March 2019. How this is justifiable from health point of view? Pack clearly says 'Don't freeze' and it gets spoiled almost 2 months earlier in refrigerator. Do management have any answer for it that either they are not taking required precautionary measures while making it or Subji Mandi is lagging behind to properly store it or should it be sent to health department for further inspection?

Great service and friendly folks , I personally visit here to collect the cheques they are always friendly and assist with my requests.

I just recently went to Brars at the Vaughan location and got food poisoning, went to doctor and he said clearly a case of food poisoning. This company does not care one bit our whole family who ate there got sick!!!

This company has zero understanding of the market conditions at the moment. When COVID caused restaurants to close , this company tried everything in the book to get you to make a purchase. But once things have normalized, they have done a 180 and now will not even try to help the small businesses. I am extremely disappointed in their service. The sales office needs a revamp.
