I was lucky enough to be helped by Rickie and another gentleman (I believe named Fab) who were very diligent and kind. They were thorough in taking my measurements, free of charge, and made the whole process a delight. Rickie even offered me some further advice and recommendations after I told him it was my first suit. Can’t recommend this store enough.

Uodate on my review below. I ordered about 3 weeks ago. They told me it was taking longer these days for delivery. Exepct 5-6 weeks, was what I was told. Well under 4 weeks and today I received my order. The pants and vest fit perfectly. The suit jacket needs a minor adjustment, but the store had said they do itt there when required. Overall first impression is it looks good, fits great. I have added pics of how package arrived.-----This review is for the booking, selection, and fitting for a new suit. Overall it was an easy process, although they could have explained it better. They ask you what type of collar you want and types of pockets. Take the time to show me, this is all new and I don't know what is what between collars or pocket styles. In my next review I will show off the results of my visit, with the new suit, once it is delivered.Don't forget this store is a made to order suit store, and it does take 4 to 6 weeks before yiu get delivery, so plan ahead, or choose off the rack somewhere else if you are in a huŕry.

Just received my suit about 4 weeks after ordering and it fits great! I'm very happy with the finished product. I ordered in store and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I had my measurements taken by Fab who was very informative, professional and personable. It was very LGBT friendly in my experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a custom suit!

What an amazing place. Employees know exactly what they are doing. If you need a new suit, not only do they have amazing prices, they are also professional, courteous, and friendly making your shopping a unique experience. My fiance ended up using their amazing two suit deal and purchased his groom suit as well as a fun blue suit for other occasions.Their suits are made-to-measure, using high quality fabric, and every customization you can possibly think of. Simple yet complicated questions asked by staff are used to create your unique suit to your taste and standards.

Indochino’s custom fit is terrible. If you choose this brand be sure your fit is done in store. I’m unfortunately not located near a storefront but chose to have a local tailor help with the measurements. Everything came out alright but the jacket was comically long.~$300 to shorten the jacket with a cap of $75 reimbursement? There was another Indochino jacket with the same issue from another client at my tailor. Customer service has been less than helpful. Unfortunate experience all in all.Would not recommend this brand.

Have had a great experience so far at Indochino Ottawa. Between Mo and Ricky, who are brothers, the service is stellar. My suit came in and I just needed a minor adjustment in the pants which is now with their tailor. Very efficient and exceeded my expectations with the results on the first try. Ask for Ricky when you go to the store, you won't be disappointed!

I made an appointment here to get a suit and some shirts. I worked with B, and it went very smoothly. He was very professional and explained everything well whenever I had questions. He double checked everything with another representative to ensure everything was well measured, which I appreciated. I would recommend visiting here, particularly by appointment to ensure you get the best service!DISCLAIMER: At this time, it's only been a week and I have not received my suit yet (expected arrival is anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks after ordering). I will come back and update review once I receive it and I've had my final fitting appointment.Edit to add: I had my final look appointment, and it went very smoothly. Suit arrived and was fitted very well already, so it did not need any more adjustments. I got a couple shirts tailored as they arrived too large (easy fix). Overall a great experience with super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This shop has it all: style, staff, and sales.Completely customizable suits and other clothing, fast turnaround, and an enjoyable fitting experience.Fab is quick, knowledgeable, witty, and made me feel completely comfortable.

I spent $1100+ on a luxury wedding tux only for it to be very poor quality (looks worse than a floor model and You could find something nicer & cheaper at Zara). The store chose to not fix the issue or refund the cost. Absolutely horrible. Tried to reach out to management to have this resolved and no response. Really disappointed with how this affects my wedding plans. Some of the staff are great though. If you’re considering purchasing, pls read the horrible reviews

Nothing against the employees at this particular location, but there are significant quality control issues in the factory. No matter how good of a job the associate does at measuring you, you will likely not end up with well-fitting clothes. They also don't sell any full canvas suits here, so the quality isn't what it's hyped up to be.
