Maurices

Maurices has had my heart since I used to drive to the US to go there. They have great clothes that are stylish for both work and casual. The staff is always super friendly and prices are pretty standard, they usually have great sales as well.

I am never disappointed by the service at Maurice's. If only they had more of the orders and sizes like that in the US. Once of my favorite places to shop

Great service! Very helpful as I was on an errand from my wife. They are such a new store here though that they were very hard to find in the outlet.

Excellent customer service. A staff member greeted me right away.And then I was free to wander around and browse. I'm the kind of shopper that doesn't like being checked on every two minutes so I appreciated that a lot.I also had a wonderful time paying for the clothes I bought as I had a delightful conversation with the manager I believe.I shop on the 'fun size' side of the store and while I wish there were more 1X and 2X sizes in stock, that it something I notice at every store that sells things in my size.Prices are good, selection is good, styles are great and customer service is the best.

OMG love this. I am plus size and they have so many options. And nicer clothes than Torrid.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Provided assistance in locating Christmas presents with varying sizes requirements. Cashier was a pleasure to speak with, and the interaction made for a very pleasant visit.

The clothing quality is great, and the prices are decent - but the staff at The Outlet Collection was extremely pushy and hovered a lot. I assume they work on some kind of commission, but it highly deterred me from browsing beyond what I went in for.

The store is maybe 25% plus sized. What's there is fine, but it would be nice to have more selection.

Awesome clothes at good prices. Picked up a gorgeous dress and a top - both are well constructed, pretty, and made of beautiful soft material. Will definitely be going back soon!

I made an online purchase which I attempted to cancel within the 30 minute cancellation window but due to time zone differences customer service department was closed. I called the following day and was reassured that my purchase which was charged in USD would be refunded in the same currency (my return store is located in Canada) and received an email stating my order would be refunded in full if returned in store. When I attempted to return my order in store the staff indicated they would have to recalculate the currency difference based on the date purchased exchange rate and did so for all items (it was a different ate I was charged on the date of purchase). I had been charged paid duty to the store directly on the full order none of which was refunded. The staff's suggestion was to purchase in store next time as it was easier" and after experiencing loss of money due to refund provided in CAD and duty paid I was offered a $10 dollar coupon. I have contacted customer service 3 times with no resolution and have most recently been informed I am waiting for 'Tier 2' customer to connect with me but I have received no correspondence. I would not recommend purchasing anything online if you live in Canada and unfortunately had an extremely poor experience in store when trying to return my order."
