Great store and even better staff!I have a jacuzzi spa and recently had a few questions regarding its maintenance; Jim was there to lend a helping hand instantly. He took the time to explain things over the phone and was incredibly patient with my questions. He even invited me down to the showroom where he removed the panels of a spa in order to better answer the questions I had regarding the jump switches and dip switches.It was very refreshing to find somebody who genuinely cared, was honest and resourceful and, for that reason, I highly recommend this store for your spa/chemical purchases. I know the next spa I buy will be from Crystalview in North Vancouver. I've also now switched from buying chemicals online to buying them direct from the NV store.Thanks for all the help Jim!

Now on call number five to get service for spa I bought from them. Terrible service, no follow up, say they’ll call back and don’t. Completely unprofessional.

Would not recommend this place. We were there to buy a hot tub. One of the ladies is racist and ignored me when I was standing right next to her with my child who desperately needed the toilet. I asked her a couple of times and she acted as though I wasn’t there and she wasn’t doing anything. I saw her moments before helping a Caucasian man with a completely different attitude. When she finally responded to me, it was as though I was being a serious inconvenience. I should have let my child soil the floor, that would have been inconvenient for her! Ended up buying our hot tub from Splash in Edgemont village.

First, the good. Excellent spa from Jacuzzi. Very impressed with the the interior of the spa, interior of the cabinet, and overall fit and finish. Also, a store employee delivered to the door the spa chemical starter kit and ensured I understood the fill process. This was a nice touch.Second, the bad. I cannot recommend this store for your purchase and would advise you to use a different Jacuzzi dealer. The service was helpful until the deposit was taken. The service was silent once the full payment was taken. It was a classic case of we have your money

Having dealt with some pretty shady pool companies I cannot say how refreshing it is to deal with Crystalview. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Answered all my questions and explained how to troubleshoot pool leak. I’ll definitely recommend them.
