Not only great customer service (from booking online to confirmation and flexible schedule), but also one of the best massages I have had in a very long time. Heather is great at listening to my concerns and finding the spots that need the most attention.

Therapist did our massages sitting down. She brought her own chair. Zero pressure - well because she’s sitting.. missed parts of our bodies. Left arm, both calves, shoulders. Didn’t ask where she should focus on. Very light touch for 1.5 hours. It’s was so frustrating! I asked for the owner(?) to call me so I can give feedback. She told me it’s because her therapist has a shoulder injury! Why are they booking massages with an injury??!! We feel so cheated. And yes we paid them anyway. Just never again. So disappointing!

Heather is professional in her work. She helped me with my arm injury as well as body therapy for relaxation. She cares about her clients. Me and my wife both had a great experience with her. I highly recommend her service.
