Bought a bed frame and mattress. Wood for the head board and surrounding frame all looked sturdy and proper. But the wooden slats that go across the frame are very flimsy and the Center is help up by pegs about the size of a stiletto heel. I’m an average sized guy and they snapped within the first three days. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from here unless you weigh less than 100 lbs. Or if it’s for your pet rabbit. I called and even went to the store twice. They never took ownership or wanted to correct the problem. Dry poor customer service. I don’t care to bad mouth them, if they would have corrected their poor workmanship.

Absolutely worst furniture experience. I ordered two beds they sent the wrong colour. We waited a week, they sent the exact same colour that was wrong, and they sent 1 bed not two. Complete incompetence. When I asked for a reasonable discount they said we can take the taxes off. And the attitude was awful throughout the experience.

Staff helpful in store but when you buy, you're on your own for delivery. Was promised someone would call to set up delivery. Called twice, was told third party handled it, nothing more they could do. She offered for me to call the third party and inquire. Screw that, I didn't set up delivery. She was not helpful at all. Better take what you buy. Don't get anything delivered.

I love the furniture selection here! I wish the prices were better or they had more discounts, so I can buy more

The promises of delivery dates changes weekly . Gets pushed back week after week . I suggest if you order anything , don't except it for that date they say ! count on Months & Months . So frustrated , not a happy customer

I can’t even begin to explain the disappointment in their costumer service.We had a couch delivered to us which they failed to send 1 of the 5 boxes.It’s been two weeks of trying to contact them to find the boxThey have instructed us that we have to disassemble the couch and package it back up in the old boxes or with garbage bags or sheets with tape….I told them I don’t have the help to carry it back out of my house and to then package it back up.Their furniture is not cheap to be treating their paying customers like this.They should have never sent the couch in the first place if there was a missing piece.There service via phone was awful and when I asked to speak to a manager over and over again they declined my request and said that’s not possible.I will never ever deal with this terrible company again.And I hope to save someone else the headache we went through .Way fair on the other hand, if they mess up an order they tell you to keep it and they send you another. Never a question asked and headache free. They will continue to get my business .

We had a few awesome experiences at this location. The team is very friendly and informative. Lina helped us - she was very warm and listened to exactly what we were looking for & gave us all of our options according to that. We did not feel rushed at all nor pressured. We appreciate her approach.We appreciate all of the time that she gave us and look forward to our furniture coming in!
