Delta Plumbing & Heating

This guy installed Hot Water Boiler in my home around three months back. He asked me to pay by cash to avoid taxes but I paid him via Credit Card and asked him to provide me receipt/invoice. The person gave me his mobile number and said that he will send the receipt/invoice after he reaches his home. Since then I called him around a dozen times to send me the receipt/invoice but all in vain. I had to claim green energy discount from BC Hydro within time frame but he did not supply the receipt so BC Hydro discount is gone but he did not supply me the receipt/invoice.Since a week of installation of Tank, a pipe beside the boiler started leaking and I called him numerous times but he is neither listening to phone nor replying to voice messages. The leakage is still going on. Does anyone guide me what should I do in this situation so this guy is penalized not to fiddle with the customers.As an Update: As the owner is saying send address, I gave them address two three times. They promised to come at least 4 times but did not appear wasting my 4 days. Today morning they appeared without calling me prior if I am home or not. After investigation, they shirk the responsibility that the leakage was due to their fault and asked me to for $225 more if I want the leakage to be fixed. I am still suspecting that they messed up to cause leakage. Caused so much stress to me and also loss of my 4 days worth of time. For first time they just showed up immediately and thereafter if something went wrong they never bothered.Also, I am asking for invoice/receipt since they installed tank but every time they said they will send it in the evening but never gave me invoice. They asked to pay cash and avoid taxes. Wondering if Canadian Revenue Agency can verify if these guys are causing loss of revenue to Canadian Government by encouraging clients to pay cash and avoid taxes.

Kalwinder was very polite over the phone for the initial phone call, told me he'd be able to come at 6pm and showed up exactly at that time. My kitchen sink was completely blocked, and he was able to clear the pipe almost 50 feet back. Super professional and quick, they even vacuumed and wiped down my cabinet afterwards. Price was exactly what he quoted me over the phone. I will definitely be referring them business, and will continue to use Kal for future issues that may arise. Highly recommend this company to anyone who has a problem.

This is my second time using delta heating and plumbing. First was when I needed to change my hot water tank and the second time was for a major plumbing issue which was a collapsed pipe. Both times were great experiences and quality work. He was always on time. His price beats all the competitors around. He’s a proffesional and does not take advantage of people. He is fair gentleman and honest bussiness owner.

Amazing job. My water heater went out on Sunday night. Kal came in 25 minutes and identified problem immediately. Next day morning, he had replaced the tank. I am pleased with his professionalism, service and efficiency. Definitely recommend and will use his company again.

After moving into my new home that has a gas fireplace, we did not know how to turn it off. After calling the number I spoke with a gentleman named Kal who tried to walk me through turning it off with no luck. They offered to swing by after their work day to see me and help turn it off which they were able to! Thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to help me. I will for sure be calling in the future for any services needed as well as making recommendations! 5⭐service!

Kal was just great! He was here in 20 min. He had to auger 50 feet into the line to clear it. The tip of the line was wrapped in root remnants but with perseverance, he was able to clear the line out. He charged what he quoted. They cleaned everything up and left one happy customer! I will certainly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

Amazing service. We had our water tank fail on a weekend when we had several out of town guests staying with us. The team at Delta Plumbing were at out home on a Sunday morning within 45 minutes and had a new tank installed within a couple of hours. Big smiles of the faces of the techs even on a Sunday morning. We also did not get charged exorbitant weekend rates. I needed an additional copy of the receipt sent to me and it was there within minutes. Wish everyone honored customer service like this company. Highly recommended!

Kal replaced my 50G hot water tank with just same day call. I called at 11am, he said he would be my property at 4:30. Actually they came in at 4:20 while I was driving on the way to my property. He managed to replace my leaking hot water tank with two helpers. They are very professional, friendly and efficient. I will recommend their service to my friends and group too. The price is very reasonable with 6 year warranty. I do not know any other company can provide such a wonderful service. Great job.

We urgently needed a new hot water tank. Kal was friendly, quick with his reply, and offered the best price. He was over the next day to install it (on a Friday evening, no less) and was professional and clearly capable (17 years experience). I would definitely use him for future plumbing or heating services.
