Next-Gen Plumbing replaced my hot water heater and replaced a tap outside that was leaking. I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking in the afternoon. I had to shop vac the water up every 20-30 minutes. First thing the next morning Next-Gen replaced my hot water heater and replaced a leaking tap outside while they were there. They also cleaned up some weird pipe configuration that were on my old hot water heater and installed a pan and hose under the hot water heater so I won't need to vacuum it up every 20-30 minutes if every it leaks again. Nicholas was great, he sorted everything out and booked Joel and Ryland first thing the next morning. Joel and Ryland were polite and professional. They fixed everything up and were out very quickly. I had a real problem with this leaking water heater and Next-Gen took care of everything by the next morning. Great service, great price, great job.

Nick's and his team installed a mainline back-up valve in our house. They were recommended by a friend but were also the lowest bid, performed very solid work, and didn't take long to do it. Covid delayed city inspection and Nick apologized often during his frequent calls to update me. Everything passed on first inspection and his crew returned within a couple days to pour concrete and clean up. I'll definitely use NG again.

I'm the home owner at 362 Toronto Street, in Winnipeg Manitoba. This is my testimonial review. I'm extremely happy that I called this company. From my initial phone call with Nick, the owner, I described my situation to him and then he fully explained how the scenario of fixing my issue would unfold. The business owner fully described the step-by-step process along with providing a the very reasonable price estimate to get the problem fixed. Nick ballparked the estimated cost which, in the end, was pretty close to how he described it would be. There were no hidden fees, no surprises, no sticker shock. The price was fully explained of what was involved and what would be charged. This transparency was very much appreciated. He sent his guys over there within 30 minutes too!!! The business owner was completely transparent and descriptive from the get-go. COMPLETE HONESTY & INTEGRITY.This problem was actually caused by ANOTHER PLUMBER whom then referred Next-Gen Plumbing to fix the broken sewage pipe that he caused. Regarding the broken sewage pipe, these two MVP's (Most Valuable Plumbers) put so much genuinely back-breaking, sweaty, hard work into fixing my sewage pipe. This was an incredibly serious job involving a jackhammer and lots of shoveling that I feel so glad that I entrusted them to deal with in a timely manner. They knew exactly what they were doing. They did such AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE work and the results were guaranteed to be free of defects or problems. They stood behind their work and it shows. I'm attaching photos as I was actually there with them through the entire fix and so I photo-documented their work. As their customer, I'd like anyone who is reading my review to know that Next-Gen IS TO BE TRUSTED to do a great job to fix any kinds of major & serious plumbing issues. Feel reassured that you're in very good hands. These guys have such a great work ethic and also have integrity and professionalism as they stand behind their work. I would call them again as a customer, but I don't need because of how amazing their work was. I'M SO IMPRESSED WITH THESE GUYS AT NEXT-GEN PLUMBING. 4/5/2021Quick and professional service, and at a reasonable price. Nick was very careful to explain what the plan was to get my plumbing issue fixed up, and to outline how the billing would work. It was a pleasure to deal with this company - I would definitely recommend them.

To make a long story short I acquired a new hot water heater supplied by Next Gen but it was not installed by them. The heater turned out to be defective, which was certainly no fault of theirs. I live in a rural area which complicated the situation but after a bit of back and forth Next Gen obtained a replacement from the distributor and sent a crew out to install it. The crew was really pleasant and professional, did great work and was able to install the replacement in no time at all. Any product can be defective and the real measure of a business is how they respond to a problem when it arises. Next Gen stood behind the product 100% and went above and beyond in doing the installation even though that wasn't part of the original deal. In fact, the installation crew also went above and beyond and even helped me remove my old heater from my basement, which of course they had no obligation to do. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome of this situation and without reservation recommend Nicholas and the crew at Next Gen for plumbing service. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I had a next GEN look at my air conditioner and heater and they replace everything in it and it still didn’t work and had to get it a different company to come in and finish up my experience was very unprofessional threats everything is very disappointing Furthermore they over charged the hell out of it

Suuuuuper impressed with their service & skills. I've had issues at one of my rentals over the last few years and had a few different plumbing companies come by. Nex Gen was by far the fastest, most professional & skilled company I've used to date and very easy to deal with. They discovered the issue fast, and went through all of the options with me, while on-site they also helped me with a few other things that I wasn't aware of (boiler system). It was by far the easiest & best plumbing company I've dealt with and won't be shopping around anymore, Highly recommend them.
