I ended up with appt date that didnt work for me. Each time I called the office I got voicemail so in the end I was unable to speak with staff in person. On day of the appt the doctor assessed my issue, however when I asked questions to better understand I felt that I got short responses like I was taking up too much visitation time. I specifically made note of this clinic now so my family doctor never sends me there again.

Everyone was very nice and professional. The doctor was very personable and my appointment was right on time!

We waited many many months for this appointment our family dr had referred us here to obtain a child allergy test. Then during the appointment the Dr discussed the patch test but did not perform any allergy test. We were advised more appointments would be scheduled to actually do the allergy test. So while the office was neat, receptionist and Dr were friendly, was all a good experience, it also seemed completely unnecessary to have an appointment just to confirm an allergy test was wanted, and to make more appointments in another 4 months to actually do the testing. I left feeling confused what was the purpose of this appointment, the subsequent allergy testing appointments could've been fairly simple to make over the phone?

Many of these good reviews are obviously written by the clinic, constant mention of the Dr. by name and the writers have only one review on the profile. Creating fake accounts to leave good reviews to offset the high amount honest negative reviews speaks to this clinic's ethics and morals. Keep this in mind when considering this clinic. My own experience - my elderly father had a growth removed. When getting ready to leave he asked the nurse to adjust his bandage position as it was making wearing his hearing aid difficult. The nurse told him to do it himself. The growth was removed from behind his ear, how was he supposed to do this himself? The staff here are obviously desensitized and hate their jobs, lack any compassion and professionalism.

Initially I found this clinic when I needed help with quite urgent skin issue that is not cared anymore by emergency or family doctor. Although l got appointment couple of months later, clinic took into consideration level of discomfort I was in and contacted me as soon as they got spot. My issue was addressed in best possible way to my complete satisfaction. I received all the instructions for aftercare. In a few days I received the follow up call to make sure all is well.My recent visit was scheduled for removal of couple of non-malignant growth on my face. I was seen by doctor right away, he checked my face for possible extensive sun damage. Procedure was really quick and painless, I received instructions for aftercare and doctor took extra time to double check on my previous issue.I highly recommend this clinic.

I have now seen Dr Breslavets twice for pre cancerous spots on my face. He is extremely thorough, explained everything and very gentle in application of dry ice. Dr Breslavets has a wonderful and kind demeanor. So grateful my GP referred me to him. Staff at front desk so friendly and helpful. Thank you Alisa McTaggart

I love the frank and direct delivery of Dr. Breslavet's and the knowledge and time he takes to answer any questions. I feel like I'm there for the right amount of time, not too long, not rushed. In the 'professional' world, it's refreshing to deal with those rare people who actually act like professionals.
