For Xmas 2019, my wife bought me a BE Pressure Washer from Home Depot. I have the 2700psi, 2.5gpm unit (gas). Model BE276RA. I began using it In the spring of 2020. After reading the instruction manual, I found operating the pressure washer very easy. This August the pressure hose developed a hole in it. I contacted BE and spoke with Ted and Daniela. Both people were extremely easy to deal with. They were very friendly and professional. As promised, they sent me a brand new hose via Purolator and I received it the very next day. Other than the hose issue I have never had any other problems with it. I would recommend this product to anyone that may be interested in a pressure washer and the price was very affordable. Thank you so much Ted and Daniela for keeping this customer very happy.

Spoke with Paul today looking for a part from a 20 year old Power Washer my dad has been trying to fix for 2 years. Fought with their pressure washer for 3 days and it wouldn’t start. Lost days of production and thousands of dollars. Finally got a hold of them, turns out it was Home Depot dropping it upside down is what caused this problem.Utter nightmare but when I got ahold of BE they were very friendly and went out of their way to help me, even offering a personal number to the head repair guy.Canadian company with Canadian values.Got mine replaced, fired up on the first pull and away we went.

I purchased a BE power equipment pressure washer at the local Home Depot. It is an excellent piece of equipment. After 4 hours of use, the machine developed an issue, but after speaking to the extremely helpful Quinn at BE, he had me back up and running in no time. Big thanks to Quinn and the BE Team for their excellent customer service, and the excellent machine they produced.

I had the chance to speak with Chantal L., customer service at BE Power Equipment. A real jewel, this woman has a passion for customer service. These days, this service is more or less gone. Many of us should follow Chantal's example. Unfortunately, the few people who remain, like her, are too often left in the shadows. However, they make all the difference within a company. Bought a BE 276RA pressure washer from Home Depot after reading reviews of this product. Brought it home and discovered that the quick coupler on the wand for the wash tips was defective. Contacted BE and received a new coupler within 5 business days. They were friendly and quick. Also, because of reviews where the engine mount bolts came loose, I went and lock-tited each of the 4 bolts. Used the unit several times and works well.

Colin was great to work with! Quick, and amazing service. Was able to to help me get my hot wash unit band parts in what felt like moments. Great example of what proper customer service is like. Thank you again Colin!
