Primitive camping $16.75CAD per night. Fire permit $9.25 (includes wood)Each campsite has a firepit a picnic table and a food storage . Trash are large and located every 4-5 site. There is a communal enclosed kitchen. Very clean bathrooms .No power and no fresh water. Campsites 14-19 have view of the open meadow. Gary the host was AMAZING. He told us about his stories with wildlife and he made me more at ease to be in this environnement. Thank you so much Gary( & Sandra) you are gems!!!

First time camping here. Nothing fancy but if I wanted fancy I'd be in a hotel. Quiet camp ground. Good size sites. First loop has some great spots. Would recommend and will be back next year.

Belly river is a gem! Scenery is beautiful, bathrooms are clean, and campsites are well maintained. Also loved that it's first come first serve, dog friendly, and it's not far from town. We had a great experience here!

First-time, first-serve campsites. Some are too small for an RV and are really far from the bathroom (there are only 2 in the campground). Site 9 is one of the furthest from the bathrooms. The bathrooms are flush, but there is no water on site. There is firewood on site. You just need to buy a fire permit. Also, watch out for bears; we saw one by the river near the bathroom!

Beautiful, quiet, small, unserviced campground. No reservations are possible (except for the group area). No water, sewer, or power hookups. Clean washrooms. Dry firewood available. Recent sightings of black bear, a wolf, sandhill cranes, deer, and lots of wildflowers. Still in the national park but about 1/2hr from Waterton townsite/4 km from the Chief Mtn border crossing.Best for tents (when there are no bear problems) or small trailers. Most sites are too small or too undeveloped for big units.

Lovely little campground tucked away into the bush. We found lots of wild blueberries to pick on our walks. It was very quiet during our three day stay over August long weekend. I would just make a note that the 24 sites a quite small. They're definitely suited for tenting or a tent trailer. We had a truck plus a 26 foot camper and could only fit into a couple of the sites. And if you do come with a larger trailer make sure you're comfortable reversing into tight spots.

Nice, Quiet and serene. But keep your eye's open! While I was setting up our tent trailer at the time I was cranking up the roof. *Clank Clank Clank* And according to my wife who was absolutely horrified. A very large Grizzly bear walked three feet behind me. And I didn't even know it until I saw his rump going into the berry bushes. Seems he was more interested in the berries than he was in me. Thank goodness...If you like dry camping this is the place to be. Very close to the U.S border as well but it's seasonal. So Many Glaciers isn't very far from that point on...be sure to have your passport though. Anyway a great little place if you like things rustic.
