Jorg at The Three60Fitness is the best trainer and nutritionist I have had the pleasure of working with to date. He started working with me several years ago when I had a back injury. I keep going when I was able to. He’s very professional, always has a wonderful sense of humour, and always there with suggestions for nutrition and supplements as he also a certified nutritionist. You might be asking yourself when you visit the Osoyoos area - Can I have it all? Wine country, natural landscapes and a great place to get a workout in? The answer is yes - and that's thanks to Vengeance fitness.Whether you are a local looking for a fantastic gym or someone visiting the area trying to continue their fitness regime, I cannot recommend Vengeance Fitness enough.Some highlights:1) the place is easy to find and there's ample parking!2) you walk up the stairs and you're greeted by the most friendly, welcoming and hospitable staff. Any gym would be so grateful to have such pleasant folks at their front desk. Although I was visiting the facilities and not a 'regular', the front desk staff made sure I felt comfortable with their gym.3) There is enough equipment for everyone's needs - from a novice gym goer to a veteran bodybuilder. They also have an assortment of equipment for functional training as well as traditional weight training options. All of the equipment is well maintained and there was no derelict equipment in sight!4) Part of what makes this gym so pleasurable to attend is how clean and organized it is. The staff are always circulating around, mopping the floors and tending to any errant equipment. There are spray bottles and wipes for all patrons to wipe down their equipment. And - the washrooms (at least the ladies washroom) were spotless! When a gym's washrooms are clean - that's always a great sign that a gym is mindful of the cleanliness of their facilities.5) the prices are completely reasonable and the staff do their best to suggest options for keeping your costs to a minimum.You can tell that the owners and staff take pride in this gym - it seems like every piece of equipment included on the gym floor was intentionally purchased to maximize effective and efficient training for any patron.I was very grateful to have such an amazing gym like Vengeance Fitness in the Osoyoos region while I was on vacation. This gym exceeded my expectations and I can definitely see myself visiting the area more often knowing that there's gym that will allow me continue my fitness routine without skipping a beat.

Great gym. Tons of free weights and one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been too. Super cheap drop in rate. Everything is Laid out fantastically. Ever single bench was in fantastic condition and tons of cardio machines. Will always use this gym when I'm here.

I like the feel of this gym. Nice people. Good atmosphere. Dumbbells are the good old ones. By far a favorite. Dumbbells also go to 140, which I like as well. Very clean, and nice and bright. Definitely less claustrophobic than the other gym in town. Outside gym area is nice on cooler days, unless you want the muscle beach workout feel!

Vengeance Fitness is Awesome !!! I have been going to gyms for over 30 years. This gym is the Cleanest , Friendliest, Professional Gym I have been to. The Staff are friendly, know who you are and always willing to help you anytime. The Equipment is Outstanding, Modern and all you will ever need. The Lighting is nice and bright, the ceiling is High and doesn't make you feel closed in. An Added Bonus : in the rear parking lot, there is an outdoor fully equipped gym as well for those nice warm Osoyoos days. Can't say enough about Vengeance Fitness. I love it, Jerry Duczek
