This is ridiculous. I waited for 8 hours literally to get to the doctor. This is supposed to be EMERGENCY room. The point of an EMERGENCY room is emerg I mean what takes them that long? I watched so many people in pain in waiting room waiting for them to call them. i wanna give them negative 5 stars cuz jeez. NEVER GO TO THIS SO CALLED HOSPITAL

Had a great experience here with the doctors and nurses. I was snowboarding at nearby snow valley and wiped out hard, dislocated my elbow. Snow patrol put my arm on a splint and recommended I visit RVR hospital. I arrived at 430pm on a Saturday, was seen by doctor by 530, had xray and casted up, out of the door by 630. The doctor was great and kept me informed throughout, explaining my xray and next steps. Thank you staff!

Don't waste your time going here, the doctors and nurses in the emergency room do nothing.Try another hospital. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Long wait times. Even with a few people. Seems like there is no doctor on duty. And they just make you wait till he shows up for his shift.should there not be some kind of regulation. I have seen the same people in the emergency. Not a single one went in our out. Meaning it's not busy. Just no one is being seen.

RVH is a great place to get healthcare. Granted, though I have almost no personal experience in the ER, I do have regular appointments in a few other departments & I am well taken care of with wonderful ongoing treatments from professional staff & top-notch doctors. The building itself is beautiful, though do to its massive size I think they should provide maps so you can find your way around the building easier. I've found myself getting lost on a few occasions.

I didn't even know how many stars to give. The hospital in general is in very good condition, the attention is great, but the waiting time is sometimes terrible. Months ago I went and it only took me 2 hours to get back to my house, but I also had to wait a lot, see the doctor go by and see a patient who was after me and not get to where I was waiting. There should be more emergency doctors because, by the way, no one goes to the emergency room unless it really is an emergency.

I would like to thank all of the ER . Katelane and Holly I was lucky to have such caring Staff. Thank you so much !staff and the EMS driver and ParaMedic who rushed me in and helped save my life last Wed night. Mark the Paramedic who rushed me in and stayed with me till he knew I was out of danger. And all of the ER staff who helped regain my proper stats

Went to emergency, knowing that the wait times were going to be long but all the nurses I encountered on my wait were wonderful doing the best they can and always apologizing for the wait and when I finally saw the doctor he was also great. Thank you to the all the wonderful heath care professionals there today you deserve a big high 5.

I had the worst birth experience here, they do not care about your health, make babies wait over 5 hours to receive help for a compacted bowel (she’s 8 1/2 months). They make everyone wait ridiculously amount of hours. It shouldn’t be contact your local ER for emergencies but your doctor as chances are you will see them first xx
