BOY! let me tell you about this place....if you're on campus and you're SICK and tired of eating chicken nuggets and saucy subway with your meal plan while having to hear people type with their damn MacBooks ....come here.The rice bowls are the mother I never had....the wraps? The sister I deserve... Freshii could NEVER! be what the seasoned spoon is... She has her career and freshii doesn't... The desserts SLAP so hard...whew I needed a whole WEEK to get over the fact that I once had a rhubard& strawberry muffin from here. I swear to go the day this place closes is the day I go to my grave... 10/10 this joint deserves 5 Michelin stars

I didn't appreciate this place much as a student but as an alumnus who works with students it's probably my favourite place to eat on campus.

Locally grown, homemade, vegetarian, ethical and really delicious. The Spoon is a community coop run by students and volunteers. Great place to eat on campus.

I had a yogurt granola thing with peaches, very good. Also had a cup of coffee. I was there in the morning and it was pleasantly quiet.

Absolutely incredible and tasty vegetarian food! Love the atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. I practically lived here when I was doing my undergrad at Trent!

Giving students the option of nutritious and yummy meals. I am grateful to have this option on campus, as a student it's sometimes hard to eat good. They even have a cookbook to teach others. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The oasis on campus for vegetarian and vegan students, as well as anyone looking for a healthy meal made with love and local ingredients! A great place for studying and meeting lovely like-minded people, and the baked goods are to die for. Lots of gluten free options too!
