Awesome town!! So much warmer compared with other cities, much morr affordable as well. Multicultural, you can literally find whatever variety you need: cultures, foods,places of worship etc... Good connections with other nearby cities. Simply perfect!

Nice clean station. Too bad VIA doesn't run more service from Toronto to London.

The only problems were the amount of traffic, which is a city issue not Via and for some reason the trains were backed up resulting in a delay of one hour late at night. Had my son needed to take a bus, he would not have been able to.

London is a city of 440,000 people and constantly growing. Everywhere you look there is some kind of construction. The city is being revitalize. The downtown core still needs a lot of work, but it is coming along. Some very interesting and attractive buildings

I don't travel much from here but often pick up and drop off my girlfriend so from that perspective I will say the short term parking is very limited, the pick up/drop off zone is always full of idling taxis so getting in and out isn't very pleasant. To pick people up at the front you are supposed to go all the way to the end of the platform, 20+ feet from where the people are waiting and heaven help you if you stop too early lest a security guard so ape s*** and start thrashing on your car and yelling at you. A simple 'keep moving' moving gesture or some signage would do just fine. Also there is only one way out and it has a very slow traffic light so congestion is common.

It would be better if there's a LRT office or service desk selling local bus tickets and passes.

Nice station. Friendly staff. They have a business lounge. Clean bathrooms. Places to eat and wait. You can always find tickets online or via Rail app if preferred. There's little parking available.Everyday there are trains to Windsor, Sarnia, Toronto and stops in between. Buy tickets in advance for an economy fare.

The staff here is very organized, helpful, and efficient. The station itself is also very nice; spacious, bright, and always clean. In my experience, trains always arrive in London on time, but tend to arrive late to Toronto, so keep that in mind if you are travelling to Toronto / Pearson airport.

Clean station and trains. Staff were friendly, the economy class seats were great and the WiFi was stable (many times better and faster than greyhound), on my trip at least.

i relied on via rail for years but now, im never buying a new ticket again. they were extremely unhelpful, not only does it barely say that you need a vaccine passport to board, but when i booked my ticket, which i did weeks ago, it never said i needed it, just needed my id and ticket, so you can see my surprise when they asked me for it. my phone had deleted my vaccine but it wasn’t that i was refusing to show it, the website to get it wasn’t working. they were very rude and basically told me to figure it out. i missed my train and didn’t even get any choice to take a new train, nor was i given a ticket for free or anything. via rail made me lose my train, made me spend 75 dollars for no reason and was rude and helpful. last time i ever book with you guys, it was extremely unacceptable. do better.
