Rajneesh was simply amazing, I was having a horrible day since my phone broke and not only did his great customer service in replacing it put a smile on my face, but the deals he generously offered as well. This is a great location and I would recommend it to anyone!

I am not sure of the guy's name but everytime I run into him while I am at this mall he finds someway or another to not help me and always asks me to call 611. I think it's pretty simple avoid!!! Too bad no 0 option here.

Hands down the best service I have ever received from a mobile phone provider. Kagan took the time to really explain the pros and cons of every phone available for my upgrade. I wound up getting the best phone I have ever had thanks to his help and information. My new phone fits my lifestyle and needs perfectly. Kagan was knowledgeable, very patient, friendly and genuine. He interacted with my rather demanding toddler while I took the time to think about all the information he was giving me and he even gave her a balloon and a fake (but very real looking!) phone to play with so I could concentrate and make the best decision. It's hard to make an informed decision in a distracted state and he understood that. Just the best service I could ever ask for. Thank you. I will recommend this location to everyone, especially to people who need to shop with their kids!

Rajneesh was wonderful. He went way above and beyond to make sure we got the best deals possible for Black Friday. The Bell system wasn't doing what it was supposed to and he made multiple calls to get it sorted out. We got what wanted, great price and plan- other retail places would not have made the effort.

As a small business owner, I was looking for a plan that will fit my budget and I will also be able to get the phone I liked.
