Direct Billing to Insurance: This was very convenient for me, as I did not have to worry about submitting my claims to the insurance myself.4. I was happy to see the nice and clean facility. As a new patient I was offered free in-office dental whitening. So, I was quite excited imagining my pearly smile.The lady doing my dental fillings thought that I am a goat and she is a butcher. She injected my gums without using the topical anesthetic and it was extremely painful especially on the front teeth. Even after going through it the sensitivity of my teeth didn’t improve.She is very unprofessional and unorganized. She did the whitening after the fillings and burnt my lips. And the cherry on the cake was that the whitening didn’t even improve a single shade. I suspect she used expired bleach on my teeth.Worst dental experience ever!!!Response to owner’s reply;Of course, I am not active with you anymore. I stopped going to your office because of poor service provided. Thanks.

Very friendly staff and always make a good experience. Been going there for years now and I have perfectly straight teeth thanks to them :)

It went smooth with dentist receptionist was helpful

I recently had the pleasure of getting treatment finished at what I consider to be the best orthodontist in town, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Sadek`s office itself exuded professionalism, with its clean and modern design, creating an inviting atmosphere that helped alleviate any dental anxieties I had.Dr. Sadek's expertise was evident from the very beginning. He took the time to thoroughly assess my dental condition, carefully explaining each step of the process and providing me with a range of treatment options tailored to my specific needs. What impressed me the most was their ability to blend the latest technological advancements with their deep knowledge and experience in orthodontics. Dr. Vishal did an amazing job fixing a broken tooth. He explained all the options throughly and when we decided to try a repair 1st, I didn't even feel the needles or any pain.

I went to this dental office bc they advertised an exam, teeth cleaning and X-rays for $169 (normally $400). The staff were very friendly. When it came to see the dentist, young looking guy, Dr Steven Zhao (I think), he walked in a said I have a bad cavity in the back of my mouth that needs a root canal. He also said I have 8 cavities! He did not actually look in my mouth and examine my teeth. When I went to the front desk book to book the appointment for the root canal, the receptionist told me they took more x-rays than were included in the deal but my insurance will cover it. I let it go thinking it would be probably an extra $50. They actually billed my insurance $579!! A far cry from the $169 deal. This is why insurance is expensive for everyone because insurance companies get scammed.Since I have no pain or swelling in my teeth, I decided to get a second opinion from my fiancé’s dentist. I sent him the x-rays that DentalZen took and went in for an exam. We went through the x-rays and he checked every tooth in my mouth. Not only did he say I did NOT need a root canal, he said I have 3 cavities, only 2 need filling. He was surprised that the dentist at DentalZen did not actually check my mouth and only went off of the x-rays bc there can be false indications of cavities in them.After it is all said and done, I saved myself a lot of pain and money by not going to DentalZen. I think it’s horrible that there are dentists out there that do unnecessary procedures. This is quite obviously the case at this dentist office. I would not recommend this office to anyone!

I would like to thank Zen dental for their professionalism and amazing knowledge. I just had some retainers made and the entire process was amazing. Thank you thank you thank you I cannot say enough about you guys

DentalZen is the perfect name, because that's what it is! I was always anxious and scared to go to the dentist, and I would would wait until I was in pain to go get any work done on my teeth. With DentalZen, it's such a calming experience with friendly staff, that I now go to get work done and regular cleanings before any painful issues arise. Everything is pain free, and the staff make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I almost fell asleep during my last filling, with just regular freezing on the tooth! Who can fall asleep during a filling?? Amazing! I'm so happy I found this dental office.

The level of detail is unmatched, my teeth have never been this clean in my life thank you for providing such attention to detail ! Will definitely be coming back every 3 months !
