Had some Issues getting internet setup.Christian nailed it out of the park. Got the old account cleared up, got me setup with a new account, equipment, and online in the same day. After waiting over a week with no news previously, it was a much welcomed change of pace.Thanks again for all your help.

The service I received today was outstanding. From the moment I walked into the store until I left, the manager Dan was attentive and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the plans Rogers offers and was able to explain many unique features about the new phone I was upgrading to: the Samsung S23. I received an offer from Rogers to upgrade my phone, which I had some questions about, and Dan answered all of them very straightforwardly and honestly. He helped me transfer all of my data to the new phone and ensured I was satisfied with the transfer, the plan and the new phone setup before leaving. This was the best service I have received at a Rogers store and made my experience very pleasant. Thanks Dan!

We went into the store yesterday to purchase new IPhones, Cassie was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the products and if she had a question she placed inquiries on our behalf to get us the best deal possible! It was nice to see Clayton ( I believe he is the district manager in the store offering to support to all customers) I would highly recommend Rogers in Alliston!!Ask for Cassie she is awesome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
